I would have given it a rating of Excellent, but someone kept slamming their door in the middle of the night just as I drifted back off to sleep. Therefore, I got no sleep at all. I realize this wasn't their doing, but it was close enough to the main desk where they should have heard it and said something to the offenders after the second time. That being said, the breakfast they offered was the best ever. I'm not kidding. Best omelet I've EVER had.

Best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had! Cooked to order omelets, eggs, breakfast burritos, etc. as well as many other great breakfast items like biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. Pretty impressive!

We've stayed in BW many times and this one deserves 10/10. We were greeted with a friendly smile and the gal who checked us in noticed my mom didn't walk well and asked if she could change our room so she didn't have to walk down a long hallway. We were so grateful! The hotel was quiet and very clean. Complimentary breakfast included a variety of options including made to order omelets. We have family in Zillah and plan to return on our next visit.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast with so many customized options
Definitely would give 5+ stars as an option
Only drawback was we went to a concert at legends ****** so came back late to a full hotel and had no parking, parked in the business next door , all the time worrying about getting towed or a ticket. Would have like to have known about any other parking options aside from on the street or have designated parking spots for paid rooms
