"Overall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day"

"The renovated room was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom, perfect for families. It even came equipped with kitchen facilities and a washing machine, which was a huge plus for tackling several days' worth of dirty clothes. The only drawback was that the washing machine didn't have a spin-dry function, and there was no dryer or even a place to hang clothes. The bathroom amenities were plentiful, and they even provided complimentary soap and lotion, replenishing them almost daily. Both the living room and bedroom had TVs. However, our room was on a lower floor, so the view was just average. The hotel's rooftop boasts a pool and a gym, both requiring room card access. The drinks at the bar next to the pool were reasonably priced and looked great. We even enjoyed a beautiful sunset by the pool in the evening – it was really nice."

"It’s really comfortable especially after staying a week on an island. Room is spacious and clean, though without wearing slippers, the floor do feel a bit sticky. Had a good rest and reset at the hotel with the pool, gym and sauna."

"The Manila Hotel has an old but elegant and luxurious style. Marble and stone finishing, tall ceilings and a grand piano at the back with a musician playing pleasant music greets you as you walk through the entrance. Lacking points from my personal experience: 1. The carpet floors need to be replaced. I had to change rooms because the first room I got had an unpleasant smell to it (they quickly changed my room after I went to the reception, so it wasn't terrible) and although I didn't notice until the end of my stay, the new room's carpet was frayed at the edges. 2. The night mode of the lights (many switches) completely cuts power to the power outlets. I didn't know and ended up waking up to a phone and power bank with a dying battery and needing to stay in the hotel a couple of hours until they finished charging. Maybe just a warning in the future? The good parts: 1. The service! People are SO accommodating, pleasant and efficient. Reception staff, waiters, bell boys and basically everyone greets you with a smile and tries to solve any problems with utmost focus and cordiality. 2. Traditional pride. Traditional fashion exhibition at the front was a great touch to my visit. The whole place (restaurants, pools, spa, rooms, etc) add to the experience. I could have stayed in the hotel and felt like I hadn't missed Manila's charm. 3. Excellent location. I realised early on that I could literally see every single thing from my ”1 day tour of Manila” from my hotel room. Nothing says great location like this."

"I enjoyed the ambiance of our room, the room is really cozy, organized and clean, we had a small balcony facing the sea side and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed the amenities especially the pool, the bathroom is also clean with toilet essentials provided, with free water, coffee, and electric kettle available. The only thing that is not working inside the room is their security deposit box. I think that they must have double checked first the facilities inside the room. But overall, we had a great and nice experience with Lime resort. The staffs were all accomodating, approachable and with smile on their faces. The food is also delicious since we availed the room with free breakfast."

"We had an amazing stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The location was perfect for attending concerts—very convenient and made our trip stress-free. The building felt safe, and the amenities were well-maintained. "The location is pretty good, especially if you're flying out of T3, as it's very convenient for Manila's runway. The security check at the entrance is quite strict, so staying at the hotel feels very safe. There's a McDonald's nearby, a mall right across the street, and the Hilton hotel on the other side. The hotel is also connected to a casino, making it easy to access."

"We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!"
