Its glossy, reddish skin is tender and chewy, while the meat inside is lean yet not dry. The rich sauce mixed with rice creates a mouthful of savory goodness that is truly satisfying! The addition of tiny quail eggs adds a delightful layer of complexity~ ✨Signature Pickled Pepper Fish Mix A generous serving that is visually appetizing, it boasts a plethora of ingredients including fish maw, fish roe, black tofu, quail eggs, and more... Each bite, soaked in the flavorful broth, delivers a spicy and aromatic sensation.
