||. Yunshuiyao, originally named Changjiao Village, is an ancient village with a long history. It was renamed Yunshuiyao Ancient Town after the movie 'Yunshuiyao' was filmed there. The scenic area not only has two World Cultural Heritage earthen buildings, 'Hegui Building' and 'Huaiyuan Building', but also the largest group of thousand-year-old banyan trees in Fujian Province, with the oldest tree being nearly seven hundred years old. We went there on May Day, and it rained heavily. Perhaps due to the weather, there weren't many people. Yunshuiyao in the rain is quite beautiful, with clouds and mist lingering in the mountains, and the damp air is filled with the scent of soil and plants everywhere. It's less than a two-hour drive from Xiamen, ❗️Attention! Be sure to protect yourself against mosquitoes, as there are a lot of them. Even after spraying mosquito repellent, we still got bitten to a significant extent🤐 We only visited Yunshuiyao, the ticket price is 90, press credentials are free, teacher qualification certificates are half price, half a day is enough to enjoy, suitable for taking photos. The restaurants are average, and there are very few coffee shops, so I don't recommend staying there.
