There’s a promotion for the HK-styled wanton mee for just $4.95 and I think it’s a really good deal. There’s no crowd in the small but cozy dining area with just 6 tables, perfect for a quick bite but value for money. HK Sheng Kee Desserts sells HK traditional dishes of noodles and rice with its local (HK) desserts and snacks. They have 11 outlets across the island according to their website. There’s HK Sheng Kee Pau section beside the cafe which sells HK dim sum on the go too. I especially like the skinny noodles which can only be found in eateries serving HK styles wanton noodles. The texture still retains its crunchiness despite in a soup dish. Not possible for those skinny noodles made in the local markets.
