It is a mid-range restaurant that serves authentic teochew cuisine and is very popular amongst chinese families and older generation. They still retain the pushcart tradition where the serves will have a small assortment of popular dishes in their trolley which you can order from and get it immediatelt instead of going back and forth to the kitchen.
