The room started leaking after 3 AM, and when I went to the front desk, there was no one there. The whole room was flooded, all my clothes and bags got soaked, and my child had to hide in a corner. Staff only showed up after 5 AM to help us change rooms. We only got about an hour of sleep before having to check out, and not a single apology was offered by the staff.

This hotel is relatively cost-effective in Saiduo, the boss service attitude is particularly good, the room is also good, the hot water jacuzzi has no time to experience, the hotel also provides breakfast, there are fruit coffee yogurt pastries, beyond expectations.
The room is big, good, clean, complete equipment, there is a souvenir keychain as well, good location, next to it is a small museum. Of the city, but it is closed in the evening. Did not go in and see
good location at more than a clock to gran canyon, the price is already the best
Everything else is quite satisfatory except one deadly cruicial thing: you gotta keep a very close eye on the money on your crefit card, cos this hotel took some money out of my credit card twice without my permission, I'm furious about it, if it happens again, I will surely do something, even rabbits will bite if they are cornered.
Every member of staff that we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. I was overjoyed that the pool was open despite it being February. I'm from WI so I didn't mind that outdoor pools in AZ tend to not be heated... it was invigorating on that 85 degree midday. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was the normal simple fair for smaller hotels, and was appreciated for what it was. I would definitely stay again. For the price they charge this hotel goes well above my expectations!
The place js at a “convenient” location, cleanliness is not the best on the rooms, i usually run my fingers over surfaces to test how clean it is, and this one was not that great… many locations were dusty… the beds are confortable and provided a good sleep, bathroom is enough to have a relaxing shower…. It was a bit too noice even if we were on second floor you could hear the first floor people. Carpet is not the tidiest…
Mini fridge, coffee machine and microwave were included.
Comfortable room with all the necessities working fine. Great management and staff, very friendly and helpful. (They even recommended the local opera company- wonderful rendition of Debussy's ”L'Enfant Prodigue”!) Well located for U of Arizona and the rest of central Tucson. Standard, cold, breakfast- but generously served.
Very well-priced considering other accomodations in the area.
Roadside hotel is a decent level. Inside the room clean bedding, lots of towels. There are shower facilities.. very surprising. The room is overwhelmed, clean.
I recommend.
Breakfast, of course, no. Coffee, a piece of bread, a muffin.

TTravolicThe room is old, but it’s okay to just sleep for one night, and it’s cheap.
The bathroom smells very musty, very like the smell of things that have not been dried after washing, very stinky!
There are very few types of breakfast.
No cold water is provided, only hot water is provided.

GGuest UserI was happy with the room, it was clean and all the furnishings looked fairly new and in good shape.
The bed was King Size and comfortable with 4 pillows.Always nice to have extra pillows.
I found the pillows were a little lumpy though.
The staff were courtesy and helpful. It's not an expensive hotel, so overall I would recommend it as good value for the price we paid.
MMintimerNo breakfast, microwave not working, 1 towels, sheets were clean but some paint on it.
Friendly staff, tv is working, room was clean, location is good, perfect price.

SSheTravelsSafe, warm, cozy, cost efficient, when on a budget. Security makes it Secure. The staff and management are friendly, respectful and helpful. You can stay a night or two or three, and so on… just take care of the place as you would your own home, for those staying a while and they will take care of you back. If you’re on a short day or two stay then it is perfect for getting a your shower, sleep and repeat on. They are awesome to accommodate more if you need it, just ask and they will do what they can to help.
MmaheshNice location. Good parking. Room was clean. The only drawback was the place is run down needs an uplift. Especially the bathroom were the water draining was very slow. Good for the price
