the room was beautiful, tho its not as clean as i expected it to be... there's blood stain in the couch and window nooks. a lot of long hair strands in the carpet. i know they can do better. i still like the hotel, the shuttle service from hotel to train station is big help for guests. since there is no free bottled water on rooms, at least have a water dispenser on some floors. the breakfast is buffet but... sorry but its so bland. im not a picky eater but... its really disappointing. if you gonna ask me, if i will stay again on this hotel, probably not. 1000+ rmb for family room and the experience is just so so... sorry. ✌

The hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

The dining experience at this hotel was astonishingly good! From the exquisite and varied breakfast to the specialty dishes in the evening, every plate showcased the chef's meticulous craftsmanship and discerning taste in ingredients. It was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. This experience completely proved the saying that you'd stay at a hotel just for its restaurant! I absolutely must rave about the hotel's bed! The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress offered perfect support. As soon as I lay down, it felt like being enveloped in clouds, and I slept straight through till morning. For anyone who values sleep quality, this place is pure heaven. All thanks to my amazing travel companion for arranging this, allowing me to fully recharge!

It's rare to find such tranquility within a bustling commercial district, balancing convenience and comfort perfectly. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. It's also conveniently located with direct mini-bus (88f) and bus (24, 3M, 249M) access to Tsing Yi City West and Kwai Fong MTR stations.

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is truly a top choice for a vacation! The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, boasting unparalleled, breathtaking sea views (a perfect 10/10!). The staff service is also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making you feel right at home. The room comfort is excellent, and the facilities are very new and clean. The biggest surprise was the pool, which is practically a mini water park with two large slides – the kids didn't want to leave! The infinity pool perfectly blends with the beautiful ocean and sky, creating a truly unforgettable experience for both adults and children. It's definitely worth a stay!

Stayed in the Superior Room with one queen bed at Regal Kowloon, assigned to the top Level 15 floor. The high floor brings excellent quietness, less city street noise, brighter lighting and a nice elevated urban view. The room is clean, decently sized with a comfy queen bed and complete standard amenities. The only downside is that lifts only go up to the 14th floor, requiring a short walk up a flight of stairs to reach Level 15, which is fine for light luggage but tricky with big suitcases. A great pick if you prefer a quiet high-floor room in central Tsim Sha Tsui East.

A perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

Extremely convenient location! You can get from the airport to the hotel and then to the arena without even having to go outside. It's the perfect choice if you're seeing a show at the arena; after the performance, it's a super quick walk back to your room. The cleaning staff were also very prompt with their service.
