GGuest UserIts nice place , 1 hour away from airport, but take bus A38 from airport right in front of hotel, it was easy, no Restaurant near by walkable, food was s good at resort but in room they have sign of $80 brunch, when I went down they give me for $129 +1% , so when I told them, they said it’s only three day price hike due to Mother’s Day , in room it says 7 days $80, any way it’s your call, and the second sign says water , tooth brush, are purchasable, which good if you know in advance, so you will be prepared, luckily I always carry my, rest is good
GGuest UserThe room is on the smaller side, and so is the bathroom (see photo), though the king-size bed is decent (see photo). Amenities include a mini-fridge and a safe. If I had to nitpick, the toilet is a bit old-fashioned, not a smart one, and I'd suggest providing paper toilet seat covers (see photo). On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located at Tuen Mun MTR, easily accessible from Exit A or F, which is very helpful for travelers unfamiliar with the area.
LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.
SSammy 469891I stayed at the Rambler Oasis Hotel at 1 Tsing Yi Road for work. The hotel is next to Rambler Crest in Tsing Yi. It's quite convenient to get to: from Kwai Fong MTR Station Exit A, you can take the 88G green minibus directly to Rambler Crest, and then it's about a 3-minute walk to the hotel.
Next to the hotel are the Rambler Garden Hotel and the HKIA Flight Transit Centre. The hotel faces Container Terminal 9 in Tsing Yi and the Rambler Channel, offering pleasant views.
The reception is on the ground floor (L5) lobby. Check-in was straightforward, and since no deposit was required, both check-in and check-out were very convenient! I was assigned a room on the 30th floor, the highest floor, and the room offered an expansive, refreshing view.
While the room wasn't huge, the basic amenities were complete. The TV only showed local basic channels, with no cable or satellite TV available. However, given the reasonable price, it offers great value for money!
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The hotel beds were spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds, perfectly fine for 3-4 people. The room rate was very reasonable. The hotel's location is also excellent, right above Mong Kok East MTR station, and it's connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. From the airport, take the A21 bus to Mong Kok, then walk through a covered walkway directly to the hotel, which takes about 10 minutes if you walk fast. No need to worry about rain, it's fantastic. Plus, the walkway itself is a popular spot for influencers, with many people taking great photos of Mong Kok's street views.
GGuest UserI stayed for three consecutive days during my vacation and felt completely refreshed. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room quickly and efficiently, and the engineering team responded promptly to issues. This was my sixth time staying at Rambler Oasis Hotel, and it's definitely a good value – not the best, but certainly not the worst.
RRosana YipFor my birthday staycation, I chose the Fullerton, and it was my second time staying here. The front desk staff saw me and immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room, which I was incredibly touched by. From the room, you could see an endless sea view and Ocean Park. We dropped off our luggage and immediately headed to the infinity pool, which my son loved because there was also a slide. The room package included breakfast for two adults, and we added breakfast for one child and dinner for two adults and one child. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, and after eating, we could take a walk in the garden outside. Perhaps because it wasn't yet the peak summer season, the room price was very affordable. The most expensive part was the overnight parking, which cost $500 – that's really pricey. I suggest they reduce the fee to make it more appealing.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel in early April for a June stay. My friend arrived much earlier than me on the day of check-in. I gave her the Trip.com confirmation letter and my name, but when she tried to check in, the hotel said they couldn't find any reservation. My friend, a young woman, was left stranded. I was on a flight at the time and couldn't receive messages or handle the situation. She was scared and had nowhere to rest or go. My flight was also delayed, landing around midnight. As soon as I saw the messages, I immediately contacted customer service. They contacted the agent, and the agent contacted the hotel. The whole process was drawn out. Of course, I understand that Trip.com isn't the direct booking party and has to wait for the agent's reply. Finally, almost an hour later, they resent the exact same confirmation slip. My friend then tried to check in again and it was successful. Later, upon verification, it turned out the hotel had entered my name incorrectly when putting it into their system. So, I have to ask: if the order was incorrectly entered and essentially not booked, why did I receive a confirmation letter in the first place? Is there an issue with Trip.com's supplier management and process confirmation? I'm currently still waiting for a confirmation and reply from customer service.

HHailee6Overall, it is a pretty centralised hotel for you to head out to many places in Hong Kong, it is a short, walking distance to the Avenue of Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is just a short 3min walk. The room service team is on the ball with the cleaning of your room and also quick on delivery of any amenities that you need.
Also appreciate the staff for giving us the option to change the room after the dragon boating festival.
Bbobo_goA perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite.
The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful.
The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice.
We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive.
Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered.
All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.
