GGuest UserOur 'butler service' means you get a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service from the moment you check in. They'll contact you in advance to confirm your arrival time, arrange shuttle pick-up, and send friendly reminders about breakfast times and other important notes via group chat. Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good. Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great. Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good. Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy. The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything. If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

YYouyiyunThis B&B's rooms are equipped with a full smart home system and oxygen supply, plus a mini-fridge stocked with drinks. The air conditioning heating was very quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. Everyone at the B&B was so welcoming, and they even included pick-up and drop-off service. Looking forward to coming back next time!

From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the corridors enveloped in tropical greenery, exuding an exotic vibe. Every snapshot I took turned into a stunning, atmospheric photo. The room was spacious and cozy, with smart controls throughout, making everything super convenient. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep every night. The location is also fantastic – close to the airport, which makes getting around a breeze. Whether you want to escape the crowds for some peaceful time or explore Xishuangbanna's beautiful sights, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xishuangbanna!

The most stunning feature is the private viewing balcony, offering an unobstructed, direct view of the entire Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right from your room. You can wake up to the 'sunlit golden mountain' phenomenon from your bed in the morning, and in the evening, sit on the terrace, enjoy the breeze, and watch the clouds drift over the mountaintops – every photo you take will be postcard-perfect, with an absolutely superb and unobstructed view. I must particularly commend our dedicated butler, Elin. She proactively contacted us before check-in, confirmed our itinerary in advance, and even reminded us about the temperature differences between morning and evening. The entire check-in process was completely hassle-free. She was instantly available via WeChat, responding incredibly quickly, and arranged all additional supplies meticulously and thoughtfully. Her sense of propriety was just right – warm without being intrusive, with thoughtful details at every turn. Our entire trip was perfectly taken care of, making our travel experience truly wonderful.

Location and Atmosphere: Location-wise, LISIMAN ranked incredibly high for me. It sits right within the Napa Hai (Yila Grassland) while remaining close to town, and I highly appreciated their complimentary shuttle service. The view from dawn to dusk offered shifting, beautiful vibes. In the distance, I could watch cows and horses grazing on surrounding farms, while within the hotel compound itself, I loved watching the free-roaming animals, including black swans, ducks, Alaskan dogs, deer, sheep, and a donkey. Exceptional Service and Staff Recognition: I am deeply grateful for the warm reception and care I received. The staff showed incredible initiative and responded expediently to all my queries to ensure I felt comfortable experiencing Shangri-la ”the Lisiman way.” I was highly impressed by the collective teamwork, sincerity, and professionalism of the store manager and specific team members: 麦克, Alan, 小罗, and 小钢. My Experiences: Thanks to thiis team keeping me updated on the daily lineup of programmes, I enjoyed an unhurried yet incredibly fulfilling vacation.
