TThe Hiumawan FamilyThe room was very clean and spacious, and exactly as pictured. Complete towels, comfortable mattress, and excellent service. You can borrow cooking utensils and a washing machine. The location is 500 meters from the train station and about 300 meters from the bus station. It's about 1 km from a major mall. It's a bit far from the city center. Thank you

I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. I highly recommend the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel for anyone visiting the city—it’s a fantastic choice for families and travelers alike.

AAmeliaOnTheRoadI brought my parents to Simatai Great Wall and Gubei Water Town for the weekend and chose to stay at this hotel right at the entrance of the scenic area. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I pre-registered my car plate number, so we could drive directly to the parking lot downstairs. The apartment is just a short walk to both the shuttle pick-up point for the Great Wall and the entrance to the Water Town. The owner was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. He brought two large bottles of water for our two rooms and personally carried them up. In the evening, while my husband and I were out, my parents, who are in their 70s, mentioned that they couldn't adjust the heating and were a bit cold. The owner immediately went over and resolved the issue, showing great care for the elderly. The owner also has a breakfast partnership with a nearby restaurant, offering discounts if you order through them. We didn't have time to eat, but the owner proactively refunded us the money. All in all, we were very pleased.

GGuest UserThis time I was traveling alone and encountering such a hotel really added a lot to my trip. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel the meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food. After entering the room, the first impression is that it is clean and tidy. The bed was made meticulously, the sheets and quilts were immaculately white, and exuded a fresh smell. The floor is spotless and there is no dust or debris in the corners. The bathroom facilities are also very clean, the toiletries are neatly placed, the drainage in the shower room is smooth, and there is no water stain left. During my stay, I encountered some minor problems, such as the air conditioning temperature adjustment in the room was not very sensitive. When I reported it to the front desk, the maintenance staff rushed to the room quickly, quickly solved the problem, and were friendly and patiently explained to me the possible causes of the problem, which made me feel very at ease. In addition, the hotel's health services are also worthy of praise. Staff will clean the room on time every day, change towels and replenish toiletries. The public areas are also kept in a good state of cleanliness, which makes people feel happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel not only performs well in terms of service, but also impeccable in terms of hygiene. MM274815****We booked a family room for two adults and two children. It had its own small courtyard at the entrance and was split over two floors, with one queen-sized bed (1.5m) and one single bed (1.2m), offering ample space. The hotel itself is beautiful, and it's incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Great Wall. The only minor inconvenience was that only JD and SF Express could deliver directly. Unbeknownst to me, other express deliveries were sent to various collection points, but thankfully, the hotel staff helped me retrieve them all. I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel staff who saw us struggling with luggage and young children (as our room type required navigating stairs). They went out of their way to stay and help us move our bags, which was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed for two nights, and the kids absolutely loved it, especially the outdoor playground. We even got lucky and experienced the first snow, which made the hotel look exceptionally beautiful, and the kids played for most of the day, completely engrossed. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very satisfied overall. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserA very quiet hutong with uniquely colored buildings. The lobby is spacious and refreshing. The room is very comfortable, and outside are beautiful ginkgo leaves – Beijing's autumn is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. As it was my first time in Beijing, many places were new to me, but every single person was so patient and assisted me greatly. I could walk to Sanlitun and Taikoo Li, places I've always dreamed of visiting. The room was very clean; the housekeepers would fold my clothes neatly and even arrange my cosmetics. I look forward to coming back again!
