When I came to Yuncheng for tourism, I originally wanted to choose an old hotel, but I was worried that the facilities would be old, so I wanted to stay in a newer hotel. Because the hotel had no rooms on May Day, we split the holiday into two parts and stayed in this hotel in the second half. Now I think about it, I am still very fortunate. This hotel does have new facilities, but it feels like there is really no service. On the day of check-in, I found that the minibar was empty and there was no welcome fruit. I asked the front desk if there was a room delivery service. The first reaction of the front desk was that there would be a service charge for room delivery. When we replied that we could add a service charge, we were given a phone call, but there was still no room delivery service. I asked the hotel for a buckwheat pillow, but the pillow that only contained a small layer of buckwheat on the pillow surface was delivered. Is a 100% buckwheat pillow too expensive to use? Then I want to complain about the breakfast of this hotel. You can see that the dining space is very spacious, but the quality of the breakfast is very poor. Except for noodles, cakes and porridge made by the hotel itself, the others are purchased ready-made. There is no Western pastry made by the hotel itself, and the quality of the purchased ones is also very poor. There is no fresh juice, the juice is very sweet and unpalatable, and the coffee is not good. Comparing two hotels that we stayed in consecutively during the same holiday, this hotel is expensive but has poor service. We understand that this hotel is usually positioned as a wedding venue and a resting place for crew members at the airport next to it. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here, and the cost performance is very low.

I specially booked a small courtyard room with private soup. I didn't expect this temporary intention to become the most unexpected success of the journey. As soon as I arrived at the door, I was poked: the blue stone road led to the inside, first around the small pond of the brocade, and the corner also hit the book on the ladder. The moment I opened the small courtyard, I couldn't help but ”wow”: There are a few green bamboos planted in the courtyard. There is a private soup pool in the room with a thick bed of yarn. There is also a small coffee table on the tatami next to it. Just think about sitting here drinking tea after making the soup, I feel comfortable in the bone. The warmer thing is that the waiter at the front desk ﹣﹣ watched me carry my luggage. The little brother immediately greeted me and said before I asked, ”The small courtyard you booked is in the innermost, we will send you there, how to operate from the private soup along the way, do you want to add thickness to the bedding, which sheep soup in the ancient city is the most authentic, The night light is the best photo point, said in detail, more worry-free than doing a strategy. This small world in the ancient city of Zhangzhou, with the elegance and comfort of the pavilions and flowing water, and full of sincere enthusiasm, added a warm ending to this blessing trip. It turns out that sometimes I don't go as planned, but I can meet unexpected beauty!

In the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.

The environment is very good, a leisure resort, the environment is very good, the sanitary conditions are very good, especially the service is very good, I have stayed in many hotels, the service here is the best, I will choose here again in the future

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

The hotel is beautiful; it's like staying in a former Wang family manor – a very unique experience. The heated kang (traditional heated brick bed) room is quite special, and a butler even helped with luggage. The hot spring is natural, and the outdoor pool is very comfortable. Two days after checking out, I suddenly realized I'd left my camera in the locker in my room, but the hotel found it promptly – a close call! They're very reliable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lingshi. 👍

The hotel's breakfast is definitely a major highlight. The restaurant is spacious and bright, offering a wide and diverse selection of food. For Chinese options, there's an excellent variety of warm congee, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and various side dishes. Everything is prepared authentically, tasting just like homemade. Western choices include bread, ham, fried eggs, and coffee, all of which are of excellent quality. They also offer freshly squeezed juices that are crisp and nutritious. Whether you prefer Chinese or Western breakfast, you'll find something you love here to kickstart an energetic day. While the hotel's pool isn't huge, the water is crystal clear, and you can often see staff regularly testing and maintaining it. The area around the pool is also very clean and tidy, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs where you can relax after a swim. A refreshing dip here is perfect for both exercise and relaxation. Finally, I must commend the hotel's thoughtful attention to detail – they provide L'Occitane toiletries. L'Occitane's bath products are renowned for their high quality, fresh and pleasant scent, and rich lather. After using them, skin and hair feel clean and comfortable, which truly adds a luxurious touch to the stay. Overall, Wyndham Grand Shanxi Datong excels in both its facilities and service quality. The next time I visit Datong, I will definitely choose to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Datong for leisure or business!

This should be the best hotel in Changzhi, Shanxi. It has a great location. It is adjacent to Changzhi Museum and within walking distance of Guanyin Hall. The floors and rooms are very clean. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the service in the restaurant and at the front desk is very professional. Changzhi is a small city, and Runerlai Hotel is very convenient to reach by bus from the East High-speed Railway Station and the airport. Recommended.

Traveling for business used to mean staying at chain hotels, so I was pleasantly surprised to book one of Datong's top two hotels this time. The off-season rate was incredibly good value. The facilities are top-notch, and the service was beyond satisfactory. The breakfast, in particular, was very extensive; it's the first time I've ever had steak for breakfast at a hotel! The check-in and check-out processes were simple and convenient, and they even upgraded my room proactively. I'll definitely choose this hotel first for my next business trip to Datong!

During our trip from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, through Ordos and Datong, to Taiyuan, we stayed at five hotels in total, and the Marriott was by far our favorite. Upon arrival, a hotel executive personally greeted us and gave the children lollipops, which absolutely delighted them. The hotel is quite new, with excellent facilities, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. We booked a family room which was large and beautiful, much to the children's delight. We only stayed two nights as our main reason for being in Taiyuan was simply to catch a flight home. When checking out, the kids were begging to stay longer, not wanting to go home. Even I was reluctant to leave – it was truly that comfortable. The entire staff, from service personnel to management, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent, and the location is fantastic. In fact, this hotel alone has made us consider returning to Taiyuan multiple times! 😁
