BoboboYFacilities: The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped, primarily focusing on hot springs. The water quality is very good, and you can adjust the hot spring temperature yourself. You can soak 24 hours a day, and privacy is also good. After soaking, you can also enjoy a massage or spa.
Hygiene: Everything was very clean. The villa renovation was well done.
Environment: The overall hotel environment is great, with duplex rooms. The surrounding area has complete amenities and is a small commercial district, so delivery services are very convenient. The only slight drawback is the soundproofing; you can hear people moving up and down the stairs next door.
Service: The service is excellent; they are very responsive and always help guests with any issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I never expected to find such a warm and inviting hotel hidden away in Ciqikou Ancient Town.
Traveling with kids, finding the right room type is always a headache, but the family room we booked this time was perfect – the beds were big enough, the space was generous, and my child didn't want to get out of the bathtub. Even better, you can take a taxi directly to the main entrance, and there's an underground parking lot too. It's so convenient, it hardly feels like you're in an ancient town.
In the center of the courtyard is a pavilion, surrounded by small stools. When the fire was lit, a singer played guitar in the pavilion. I sat by the fire with a craft beer in hand, feeling the warmth on my face, and my mind just emptied – I wasn't thinking about anything, just the crackling of the firewood. In that moment, it felt like I was sitting in an old courtyard deep in the mountains, where time slowed down enough to hear my own heartbeat. Xiao Qing and Xiao Tuo at the front desk were also very attentive, reminding us about the fire and singing in the evening when we checked in.
The hotel is called 'Yueyin Chongqing Courtyard', and it's such a fitting name. It truly feels like a hidden courtyard in the city, full of life and human touch.
Next time I come to Chongqing, I'll probably detour here just for this fire again.

sandy_qiqiWhenever I go to Chongqing, I always visit Guanghuan Plaza, which reminded me of this hotel nearby. After checking in, all I can say is that I got a five-star hotel experience for less than 800 yuan. First, let's talk about the room layout: two 1.35-meter single beds can be combined to form a massive 2.7-meter double bed. This is perfect if you're staying with kids – plenty of space. The room also has a bathtub, and crucially, it came with disposable bathtub liners (I forget the exact term!). Plus, the children's amenities provided were really good quality, not just an afterthought. What's even more impressive is that they placed dental floss right on the vanity – all the little touches were delightful. The product manager truly deserves commendation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing.
Oh, and the breakfast buffet was excellent too, with a wide variety of delicious food. What really blew me away was finding steamed red dates at a buffet for the first time – that's a treat I usually only get at home!

Andy641666I had heard that Regent Chongqing was renowned for its exceptional service even before checking in, and my stay certainly confirmed it. The meticulous service and attention to detail truly made me feel at home, with a strong sense of personalized care. For instance, the butler cabinet in the room was a delightful surprise, incredibly convenient and elegant. What's more, the hotel thoughtfully offers complimentary laundry service for three items per person, which is a wonderful touch compared to the paid laundry services at other luxury hotels. As for the public areas, the 'Two Rivers Bar' boasts an elegant and grand design with fantastic views that are far from tacky, and the live music was excellent. For evening baths, you can choose from various options, and the rose petal bath was incredibly romantic, providing a perfect way to relax after a tiring day. There were also numerous other thoughtful details, such as face masks, postcards, a pillow menu, and a complimentary mini-bar, all incredibly well-designed. There was a minor hiccup during my stay; although the hotel doesn't offer a full view of Hongyadong, the front desk attendant tried her best to move me to a room with a slightly better view. Additionally, the automatic flush on the electric toilet wasn't always working, and the light switches were occasionally unresponsive, requiring multiple presses. However, considering this hotel has been open for nearly ten years, I didn't bother the front desk with these small imperfections, as they are understandable, haha. All in all, Regent Chongqing is indeed the best and most service-oriented hotel in Chongqing, truly in a league of its own! I highly recommend staying here! I look forward to my next visit!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations! 🏨
First, I have to praise the location – the hotel is just steps away from Kuixing Tower. It was incredibly convenient to walk back after exploring the night views, no need to bother with finding a ride.
The lobby design is very thoughtful. I was surprised to find it's actually a hidden observation deck! Sitting there with a coffee during the day, you get a panoramic view of the city outside the window; every photo taken there turns out great 📸.
The room itself was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and cozy. The bedding was super comfortable for sleeping, and the soundproofing was good too.
The biggest surprise was the free daily dessert soup! After a tiring day of sightseeing, coming back to the hotel for a bowl of refreshing mung bean soup or white fungus soup instantly revitalized me. These thoughtful little details really add to the experience.
Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Pros: The breathtaking views of Jinyun Mountain and the Jialing River are truly exceptional from this location. The hot spring facilities are also impressive, with a good variety of pools and a cleverly designed, intricate layout.
Cons: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outdated. For this price point, the hotel could definitely learn from the operational standards of top-tier brands. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is limited, and the toiletries in the room are of poor quality – these are areas with significant room for improvement. Large sections of wooden panels in the public areas are discolored or in disrepair.
Overall: If you're looking for value for money, you might want to reconsider. However, if budget isn't an issue and you prioritize experiencing the beautiful scenery and hot springs, it's definitely worth a visit. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and I'd like to commend the photographer, Zixuan, for her excellent service.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious, with a low table by the window and a bay window, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. It was very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable, with soft duvets, though I did spend quite a while trying to figure out the bedside lamp, haha. The bathroom and toilet were in separate spaces, with the sink outside, all three being independent, which was incredibly convenient and a huge plus! Many other hotels don't offer such a thoughtful layout. The reception isn't on the same floor as the guest rooms, and there's a dedicated lounge area where you can work, read, or watch shows. The room's soundproofing was good; I didn't even hear the heavy rainstorm outside last night. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and even gave us two bottles of water for our journey when we checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch. You can also store your luggage at the front desk. The hotel is situated in a tranquil area surrounded by schools, museums, and memorials, making for a beautiful environment. It's accessible from two subway stations, and there's a police car on duty right downstairs, as well as security guards, so it feels very safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chongqing, especially with many historical 'red' attractions nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Guest UserThe room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel's location was great, quite close to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. The subway station was also conveniently nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. In the evenings, they offer health-boosting congee, and during the day, there's popcorn and ice cream. Plus, the room even had a smart device to control the lights and curtains!

XiaoboluogogoMy stay at the Westin Chongqing Jiefangbei was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic – right downstairs, you'll find Jiefangbei and Bayi Road Food Street, and Hongyadong is just a short walk away. The high-floor, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning two-river night views right from your bed, and the Heavenly Bed was so soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The 54th-floor infinity pool has breathtaking views, and the staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast included authentic Chongqing noodles. This is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Chongqing!

Dabuer⚡️The location is fantastic, making getting around super easy. Ziwei Road is right across the street, so grabbing a Heytea is incredibly convenient! In the evening, after a drink or two, it's just a two-minute walk back to the hotel. The room was clean, the bedding was soft and comfy against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly all night. The breakfast selection was quite diverse and totally exceeded my expectations; it felt like incredible value for money. Besides the usual Chinese and Western options, I highly recommend the freshly made noodles – they were delicious, and you can customize the spice level yourself. Overall, the experience was great. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Chongqing!
