Great location, very close to the MRT station, with plenty of food courts and shopping malls nearby. They provide disposable toothbrushes and slippers, and the towels and bath towels are replaced daily. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the view outside the window is just the parking garage, which is very close. The room size is not very large, but considering Singapore's prime real estate, it's considered good value for money.

This hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent. The hygiene wasn't as bad as some online reviews suggested; it was actually quite tolerable. The main selling point is the relatively cheap price.

Hi, it was pretty good! The hotel we chose when traveling with my family was quite decent, in my opinion, offering great value for money. Especially convenient was its location, with the subway right outside, making it easy to get anywhere.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the city center and super close to the subway station – a huge plus. However, the hotel itself looks quite different from the photos online. The room was old, and I could see mold in several spots, giving the overall impression that maintenance isn't great. The headboard also had a lot of dirty marks that looked like they wouldn't wash off. When checking in, the front desk staff weren't very friendly; they were chatting about food and other guests while processing my check-in. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a subway and bus station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff speak English, and there was a helpful Chinese-speaking gentleman who assisted with luggage. Free drinking water was provided downstairs for the first couple of days of my stay, but it was no longer available on the third day. There's a microwave in the lobby on the first floor and water dispensers on each floor. The room itself was quite spacious, offering plenty of room for two people. The furnishings are relatively new, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Disposable slippers were provided, and the shower stall was large, though there was no bathtub.

It rained for the past few days, and the room felt very damp, so we had to keep the air conditioning on. I didn't notice any strange smells. Overall, it's a good value for a short stay.

The cleanliness was just okay, acceptable. The service attitude was good, and they basically understood Chinese. They told us where we could get water and also gave us some tips. There are also small tables and chairs in the lobby where you can sit, which is quite comfortable.

The room had a really strong, unpleasant smell, a mix of perfume, almost like it came from a foreigner. I had to air it out for a long time with the windows and door open. The hotel's big plus is its excellent location; the Bencoolen MRT station is right downstairs, and there are many well-known chain breakfast spots nearby. You can walk to many attractions or get there in just a few subway stops. Beyond the room itself, the hotel offers nothing else – no gym, no breakfast. The furniture in the room, like the table and chairs, felt quite cheap, probably a cost-saving measure. The room size was decent, though. I guess Singapore's prices are just really high; for over 800 (presumably SGD), this is probably all you can expect.
