Amazing
MMikael BergqvistFirst of all I would like to explain a little. I have lived 1 year at City Garden before. When I worked in Vietnam, HCMC. The reason me and my wife rented this apartment for 5 nights was because we needed a place to stay before we rent an apartment in the same complex.  The City Garden experience is really good. Everything you want is there. People who live in this place are like an extended family. Lot's of expats and less locals.  At City Garden it is not allowed to rent out your apartment such as Airbnb solutions. But this apartment pretends to be an hotel.  When we arrived, it was complicated to get hold of the people about keys and card for the elevator. When we finally got in to the apartment after a long trip from Europe. We just crashed direct inbed. The day after we realized that the apartment was dirty. Not clean at all. We communicated with a middle hand and said that this is not what you expect when you pay 93 USD/night. We were offered that someone would come and clean the apartment. We declined the offer, our personal stuff was spread out already. We told them that we can clean ourselves and we can talk about a reduction of the price or something like that.  The middle hand, said that the ”Management” (probably the pserson who illegally rents out the apartment) said no to such a discussion.  So we told the middle hand, that if the ”Management” don't understand the value of good grades on www.trip.com and elsewhere. They will soon be were of that! That's why I now writes this text. First I was thinking just to forget about it. But the attitude from the apartment owner is completely arrogant and hostile.  / Mike & Natasha Ps. I am not a person who complains, but when things are completely wrong, then my voice must be heard! Ds.

JjonkakkeeIt was a good hostel for a solo traveler. I was expecting to have toilettries. The AC in our room wasn’t strong enough so sometimes I use my handheld fan but its too loud if I switch to high power and i feel like i disturb my fellow roommates. The free breakfast is good- just ask for an extra bread or egg if you want. Never asked for one but I saw some did that. The lady in the front desk during night shift was so so so sweet and very accommodating.

GGuest UserFirst off, this hostel has an excellent location and a 24-hour front desk, which I highly recommend for anyone arriving on a red-eye flight. However, there was a slight hiccup during check-in. Amango Home was fully booked, so I was moved to Amango Dorm. Both locations are about 200 meters apart and very convenient. Upon check-in, a 100k deposit is required. You'll receive a towel set and a disposable toothbrush (first time seeing a hostel provide this!), along with a room card and key. The deposit is refunded upon check-out. I tend to get cold easily, so I found the temperature perfect. It wasn't stuffy and unbearable as some reviews mentioned; I even needed a light blanket. The bed width is sufficient and quite comfortable. They even provide two pillows, which is great. The curtains block out light very well, though they can be a bit noisy when moved. Overall, I think the price is very reasonable, and I highly recommend booking an extra day to rest up if you have a lot of red-eye flights. Just a heads-up: female dorms are on the 5th and 6th floors, and there's no elevator. Also, the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom feel a bit basic, so if that's a deal-breaker, you might want to consider other options.

TThe Domestic China TravelerThe owner Tuan and his sister Na were very nice and accomodating owners willing to fufill any resonable requests that the guests needed. Bathrooms and shower stalls were clean. Sink was clean. Had a dining where you can sit down and eat as well as do other things. The kitchen was clean where it had enough dishes and utensils for the guests to use. Kitchen also had some 2 good rice cookers guests could use. It also had all the basic necessities that a person could use to cook food like Soy Sauce, oil, as well as other ingredients to cook food with. Also had a mini lounge area for guests to relax like read a book or use a laptop. Also has a washer and a dryer as a bonus for the guests to dry their clothing after washing it. Rooms were clean and provided basic necessities like toilet paper, q-tips, shampoo, body wash, and a toothbrush. The only negative thing about this place was that the personal rooms like space to do things which is not good if you are staying for the long term. Tuan's wife dental service was good in that the place is well lited and the color of the place which provides a welcoming atmosphere for patients from a psychological standpoint. They are very supportive in making the patient feel as comfortable as possible with their treatment where they feel minimal pain. They also make sure that everything is done right where the patient is satisfied and has no complaint. Treatment prices are very affordable compared to other dental clinics here in Saigon and if you are guest at their place, they will give you a discount. Would have liked to continue to stay here again, but needed a place with more space. Will be more than happy to comeback here again if the situation fits me!

RRE2410This is my second stay at this hostel and had experienced the same convenience. Location is very near food shops and some famous places. Grab bikes fare are generally cheaper in Viet Nam and a lot cheaper if coming from the hostel due to its proximity to well known places in Saigon. Bed (capsule) is very comfortable, hi-tech and private. They have centralized AC so it gets cold in the evening but they provide a thick blanket which makes sleep comfortable. A small bottle of water is provided along with the towel. They have lockers to keep essential belongings. The room is dorm style, there are other guests staying in each of the capsules. It's generally quiet and when inside the bed, it's very convenient and private. Card is provided to access both capsule and locker. Restroom is generally clean, there is one for male and another for female for both floors. Hand and shower liquid soaps are provided and disposable cups for brushing teeth are also available. They have a lobby where guests can stay for a coffee or consume foods bought or ordered. Highly recommended for solo travelers on tight budget but wanted to experience convenience, comfort and stress-free stay.

JJohn Ho Chung EngBesides it's great location and good cleanliness, the rest doesn't look great. Only bed, cloth wall hangar, towel, table and chair available in the room, very basic amenities. Moreover, it is a self check in hotel. So, there is no reception counter for check in, check out and enquiries. Please be careful that you don't lock yourself outside the room. Because it is very difficult for you to reach out to any receptionist. Even the WhatsApp number does not give any reply. There is no proper notice of procedure of check out sent out before hand. If you don't want to accidentally lock yourself outside the room during the nick of time, don't book this place until the communication problem is resolved. To the hotel, you really need to improve communication with customers.

PPikart.TravelThe hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it great for short stays. The rooms are clean, no-frills, but comfortable. The internet works well, and there are cafes and small shops nearby. There are no facilities within the hotel itself, but it's a decent option for an overnight stay before a flight. It's suitable for those who prioritize a convenient location. You can find a video review on the Pikart Travel YouTube channel.
