Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

The room was excellent and very clean, and the hotel had a very calming and reassuring atmosphere. The hotel has an overall old-money aesthetic that isn't outdated. The front desk staff tried their best to accommodate all our requests. I'll definitely stay at the Four Seasons again next time.

A great hotel! Although a bit older, it has character and a lot of thoughtful service details. They even provided a free extra bed for my child. The dining quality is excellent, and the location is good and very quiet. Just a small suggestion: pay attention to the scent in the hallways. Overall, a fantastic hotel!

Considering Singapore's high property values and the bustling Orchard Road, the room size at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is already quite luxurious! It's very clean and tidy, and the extra bed was perfect, easily accommodating a 15-year-old child. The front desk service was warm and attentive; we requested a late checkout because we were out and wouldn't be back in time, and they graciously granted us an extra hour. We really appreciate that, and we'll definitely stay at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore again on our next trip to Singapore.

The Four Seasons Hotel was the most satisfying hotel of my trip. The location is super convenient, right on Orchard Road, making it easy to get anywhere. The soundproofing is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive, with a gym, tennis courts, and pickleball available. The rooms are also very well-maintained, and most importantly, the restaurant serves delicious food! 😋

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel cozy and relaxed.

I stayed for three days and it was absolutely fantastic, truly a home away from home. I slept incredibly well; the bedding and pillows were super comfortable. The front desk had a sweet young lady who spoke Chinese and was incredibly helpful and warm. The housekeeping staff, who cleaned our room daily, must be very caring – they neatly arranged the kids' small toys and even lined up our shoes from smallest to largest. All the staff were wonderful! I'll definitely stay at the Four Seasons again next time. It's a shame I didn't take any photos~

Maybe it's the Four Seasons' floor? The bathroom lighting is poorly designed; the areas that need light aren't illuminated. The hairdryer is old and bad. The bathroom's exhaust fan is old and poor. There's no light at the vanity. This really grinds my gears! Even though the occupancy rate was low, they refused to upgrade my room. The bed was okay, the only good thing.

Conveniently located with bus stops both in front of and behind the hotel. The MRT station is just a five-minute walk away, and ION Orchard and Takashimaya are very close by.

Four Seasons remains Four Seasons, and after looking around, only Four Seasons offers these double king beds, which perfectly meet our family's needs.
