I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were all very enthusiastic and friendly to Chinese guests. The hygiene was also excellent, and I felt the breakfast was more than adequate; it certainly satisfied my Chinese palate.

Chose the Four Seasons for our trip to Singapore. The environment is really nice, and there's a dedicated kids' pool on the top floor. It's very clean and quiet, completely undisturbed. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Singapore.

Our first time staying with Four Seasons, and we were not disappointed. Beautiful room and facilities. We are regular gym users and this is the best gym by far we have had the benefit of. We will definitely try Four Seasons elsewhere as a result of our stay in Singapore.

Our room was still dirty when we checked in with food crumbs on the carpet 😳 Told the hotel & they gave us a bottle of sparkling tea hmmm idk if its fair? Because we have paid so much and arriving to such a situation was unexpected and unacceptable? How can a bottle of sparkling tea fix the situation and hospitality. Didnt expect this from Four Seasons. Also, pls upgrade your iron and iron boards, we got a damaged/slanted one in the room. I mean.. ok thats it bye

The hotel seems quite old, and the entrance is surprisingly small. However, the interior decor is very classic. What I found best were the bed and pillows – so comfortable, I really wanted to buy a pillow to take home. The gym is pretty good, quite spacious, and has a lot of equipment. The room size is acceptable. Next time, I'll try the hotel's Japanese restaurant.
