"The location is absolutely fantastic, so convenient! You just exit Hakata Station's Chikushi Gate, take the elevator on your left up to the second floor. The bus for international flights to Fukuoka Airport is literally ten meters from the hotel entrance, making airport access incredibly easy. The famous Musashi Wagyu restaurant is also right across the street. I highly recommend staying here for your trip. The hotel rooms themselves are perfect, and the service is excellent value for money."

"I chose Bouncy for my stay this time because I was attending a live show at Canal City Theatre. Since it just opened on September 1st, I had high expectations for this new hotel and booked a twin room with a terrace. **What I Liked:** The location was incredibly convenient, close to both Canal City and Nakasu. The nearest subway exit was right in front of the hotel. However, if you use the airport line, it takes about 8 minutes to walk from the exit. I had meals, including breakfast and dinner during the evening bar time, at the hotel's restaurant (Hotaru), and every dish was very delicious. I was extremely satisfied. In particular, the soy-sauce flavored motsunabe (offal hot pot) for breakfast was delicious, and the miso-flavored motsunabe I ordered at night was also excellent. To be honest, I'm not usually a fan of motsu, but this time it felt completely different. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was a set meal style where you could choose from four options. There were three Japanese-style options and one Western-style. My partner and I tried all four options over two days, and they were all delicious. I was especially surprised by the thick cuts of silver salmon and sablefish. The Western breakfast was also highly satisfying. I would definitely like to use this restaurant again. **What I Didn't Like:** Upon check-in, my reservation included breakfast, but this wasn't recognized. I had to prompt them to re-confirm, and then the check-in proceeded according to the plan. Next, regarding the room, I booked a twin with a terrace, but since it was an open-air terrace, it rained on the day of arrival, and I couldn't use it once during my three-day stay. It felt like booking it was pointless. While I can't control the weather, it was really disappointing that no measures were taken to protect the sofa and table on the terrace from the rain. They were completely exposed, so even if the rain stopped, they were soaked and unusable. For example, if they had covers or were made of plastic, you could wipe them down and use them, but with fabric, it's impossible. It felt like a waste of money... I wish they would implement some kind of solution. The room was small – if two people opened their carry-on bags, there was no space to walk – but I was aware of the size, so I can't complain about that. The facilities are new and clean. However, there were some small details with the cleaning that I wish they would pay more attention to. Also, I requested only a towel change for the second day's cleaning, but it wasn't done at all. Another disappointment. I had to call, and they brought them later. There was also a small issue when reserving the restaurant for the evening. Overall, I got the impression of frequent human errors. I somewhat expected various things to not go smoothly right after opening, but I hope they improve their service level from a customer's perspective, not just the hardware. Finally, the sauna in the public bath. It was too hot. Besides being small, even with a towel laid down, touching the wooden parts was surprisingly hot. There was no moisture at all, and I wondered if there was anything that could be done about it. These were my honest impressions this time. There were also kind staff members, so I have high hopes for the future."
