Facilities: The room facilities are excellent, and the layout is very well-planned. The walk-in closet and bathroom are together, separated from the bedroom. Cleanliness: The hotel's hygiene is great; cleaning is prompt and efficient. Location: The hotel's location is very convenient. It's only a 5-minute walk from Orchard Road MRT station, and you can directly access ION Orchard from the MRT level, making it easy to get anywhere. Service: The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is the service. One night, I found that the LED strip lights around the ceiling couldn't be turned off. I contacted the hotel, but they only sent an engineer to fix it past 1 AM. My child was already asleep at that point, and the engineer had to fix the lights right above my child's head. By the time it was fixed, it was already past 2 AM, which definitely disrupted our sleep. I stayed for three nights and communicated with the hotel, requesting a discount on one night's stay. However, they never responded until the day of checkout, when they offered a complimentary lunch. This really shows a lack of sincerity.

Great location, super close to ION Orchard, making it really convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring. The room layout is well-designed with ample space, and it comes fully equipped with a bathtub and an automatic toilet. It might be a bit far from some attractions, but Singapore is small, so getting around is generally easy. A taxi to the airport costs about 150. However, check-in at the hotel takes a long time; they said it's not until 3 PM. For check-out, they start rushing you even before noon. Plus, there are very few front desk staff who speak Chinese.

The hotel's location is great, making dining and shopping very convenient. The room is also spacious enough; especially the walk-in closet, where two or three large suitcases can be opened simultaneously without any problem. Sylvia at the front desk is Chinese and speaks excellent Mandarin. She was very enthusiastic and tried her best to accommodate our requests, which left us with a fantastic first impression of the hotel.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the nearby metro station. To my surprise, a room was ready for me just an hour after I checked in that morning, instead of having to wait until the afternoon! The room was very spacious, the housekeeping was excellent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. The king-size bed was huge, and there's a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, which is perfect for families with children as you won't need an extra bed. The hotel also thoughtfully provides ample drinking water daily. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The cash deposit was promptly refunded upon check-out. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room has a tatami mat, which is great for a family of three and very convenient. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel because there are so many dining options nearby, as it's in the heart of Orchard Road.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is incredibly convenient. You can get anywhere easily as it's right above a subway station, and there's a 7-Eleven, KFC, and Starbucks nearby. The hotel is quite large, and there were a lot of guests during the Chinese New Year, so breakfast involved long queues. The room size was decent, and there was a sofa bed for kids. However, the room had a noticeable musty smell, and the bed sheets felt damp, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom had an automatic toilet, and the toiletries were Balmain. It's a pretty standard five-star hotel, but it's miles away from a true resort experience. It's suitable for a one-night stopover. The service was good; the front desk staff were very welcoming, and the cash deposit was refunded quickly.
