Arrived in Kyoto in a straight line from Higashiyama Gojobashi / Wakamiya Hachimangu Shrine, commonly known as Mishin Shrine, Tottori to Kyoto, set at G-Mapwo Hachimangu, near Kiyomizu-dera, so the road is ridiculously crowded. When I went up Gojo-dori from Kamogawa, there was a sign on the sidewalk. When you dive down the torii gate, a hall of worship stands in front of you, and the main shrine built in 1654 was designated as a "Kyoto City Designated Cultural Property". Grace, a large mirror was installed in front of the hall of worship, and the catch phrase "beautiful body and mind" was written.

On July 27th, I stopped by at just around 11:00. There are no worshipers and it feels quiet. I happened to pass by so I stopped by. Personally, I don't like it when it's garbage, so I like this point.

It is a shrine on the left side on the way from Gojo Ohashi to Kiyomizu-dera. It's a small shrine, but it has a very cute atmosphere, or I took a detour a little because of the easy-to-stop atmosphere. There is also a signboard from which it comes from, so I think it's a good idea to read it.

It is derived from the Wakamiya of Iwashimizu Hachimangu, which was located in the mansion of Minamoto no Yoriyoshi, the master of Kawachi Genji.
