Mt. Emei is misty and rainy, climbing and downhill holding Xiaobao, there is no thought and energy to watch the scenery at all. Today's tour is a goal-oriented process, without results. The tour guide's explanation of Baoen Temple is the biggest highlight of today.
the temple was ok, but very crowded and, unfortunaley, not well maintianed. there were children running around and yelling while people tried to pray which was disappointing. it is only ¥8 to enter and does deliver an interesting story on Buddhism and its history in Emeishan so it is worth it for the price.
Baoguo Temple is said to be the first temple in Mount Emei, and its status is very important. It is at the foot of Mount Emei, next to the gate of the famous mountain in the world. Here is a separate ticket fee, 8 yuan. The temple is not big, so I went in to make a wish and just walked around. 20 minutes is enough!
