老吴华哥Located on a gentle slope of the Biluo Snow Mountain, Laomdeng Village is a terraced settlement. There is a viewing platform in Laomdeng Village, which can enjoy the spectacular viewing platform of Mount Huangguan. A man sits quietly on the top of the mountain, looking down at the cloudy villages under his feet, and the Nu River valleys looming in the distance, like wings, flying into the sky and looking down at the earth. The 150-inn in the village has a dog, extremely clever, it knows where visitors go, will take you to church, observation deck.
chaojileThe most magnificent building in the city, once the county library, "Octopus", can be seen in the ruins of the city. The wall around the Octopus still has the stamp of that time, see these signs for a moment, it is like a return to that red era. Standing outside for a long time, imagining the history of the city, now in this library. Time is frozen here, so it is also called the "city of memory"
眼中的美The Biluo Snow Mountain is the remaining vein of the Simalaya Mountains, the boundary between Gongshan County and Deqin County in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and the watershed between the Nu River and the Lancang River. The top of the mountain is snow-capped and stretches for several kilometers. The story in the movie "Biluo Snow Mountain" takes place at the foot of the Biluo Snow Mountain.
M26***64We continue our return along the 318 National Highway, along which the Nu River, the second major river in Tibet, originates at the southern foot of the Jiregpa peak in the Tanggula Mountains in the Tibetan Plateau. It flows southward into Yunnan province, where it is renamed the Salvin River and is finally seen in the Andaman sea, in the Indian ocean. 3,240 kilometers( 1,290 miles) from the source to the estuary, and some 2013 kilometers( 1,490 miles) from China, the Salween are the only river in China that has not been built a hydroelectric power station.
katy616The Old Muden Church is not very big. Because it is located in the Old Muden Village on the halfway of the Biluo Snow Mountain, it can fully witness the hardship and tenacity of the missionaries. The old Muden Village has beautiful scenery. When we arrived, although the weather was bad and it was raining, the whole village was surrounded by clouds and mist, giving people a hazy feeling. It was worth the visit...
D30***48Took a didi from Lijiang to the cable car base. Its low season so there were still tickets available to buy, there are lots of queues to get on the bus and on the cable car but we are used to that travelling in China. The mountain is beautiful and it was amazing to get to the top and see the glacier up close. We didn't take any oxygen with us, just climbed the stairs slowly and rested often. The blue moon lakes were very pretty too.
