Photos of Seikatei

Qinghua Pavilion, located on the south side of Hokkaido University, is a cultural relic built in the Meiji era in 1880 and designated as a tangible cultural property by Sapporo City. The exterior presents a combination of Japanese and Western styles. It was the resting place of Emperor Meiji in those days, and it was also used to receive distinguished guests from the history of pioneering. There are very few tourists here, so it is very peaceful.
