Jiuz Square is one of the landmarks of Wuhu. It is located in the city center, adjacent to Jinghu Lake in the south and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street in the west. Here you can not only see the city of Wuhu, but also go to Zhongshan Road for food and shopping. In the evening, you can always see locals who come for a walk. The open lake in front of the square brings bursts of coolness. It is a good place to enjoy the coolness on summer nights. The ancient name of Wuhu is "Juzzi". In the middle of the square is the bronze statue of the 33-meter-high pigeon bird, which is very eye-catching. Surrounded by fountains, you can take photos with the bronze statue. The stone pillars of the historical and cultural corridor on the north side of the square are engraved with reliefs representing the history and culture of Wuhu, such as Mo Ye refining the sword, Li Bai and Tianmen Mountain. There is a green belt around the square, and the flowerbeds are arranged in various beautiful patterns.
