Great clean and good hotel. Inside is modern with good amenities. Lack of toothbrush or toothpaste a little disappointing. Breakfast totally not worth it, rather look outside. Security staff extremely helpful when parking and entering. Hotel staff good, but check out could be more streamlined

Perfect location in the city, close by the most tasteful hotpot restaurant, nice market and clean. Only minus is the beds, they were hard

Delighted to find that Evergreen (and many other hotels) are opening again all across Thailand. While there is still no international tourism in the country, local tourists and business travelers are beginning to play a role in economic recovery. The hotel continues to provide an excellent product. Welcoming, convenient, clean and comfortable. And a good sized carpark too (which was totally full as we left early morning, so clearly business is pretty good). We will be back!

I'm sure at one time this was a four-star hotel. The decor is lovely, the rooms are neat and clean, the beds are very good but the amenities are lacking. the rooms provide a pot to make hot water and coffee cups to go with it but no coffee or tea is available. The only soap for a shower were the small standard bars of soap no body wash or gel as is customary here. There was shampoo however. As we walked about last night we noticed that there was a large restaurant and entertainment venue along the river but it looked like it had been closed for many months. Breakfast this morning was the worst that I have had in Thailand. We had to select from a menu when we came in yesterday and I expected to go down to a restaurant and eat but it was delivered this morning to our door and all of the food was cold, especially the eggs which I abhor. I don't remember the price difference between a room with or without breakfast or even if there was a price difference but this was a poor attempt at any kind of breakfast. I am very disappointed. Lastly, I will say that the views are very nice and we are on the highest floor, the sixth floor period with a view of the river and downtown Surat Thani.

Come relax here. You'll get a bit of a headache when checking in. After that, you don't have to think too much. Eat and travel with peace of mind. Seafood is good. It's just that the taste of most food tends to be sweet. You have to choose the menu carefully.

Considered a hotel that has an affordable price in Surat Thani province Located in Makham Tia Subdistrict. Near government offices, Central Hospital, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are very large, can sleep 3 people comfortably. Bathroom amenities are normal, shampoo, soap, bathroom separates dry and wet zones well. There is a service zone, bread, coffee, Ovaltine all the time, self service, care, reception OK, smiling and cheerful, there is free WIFI (strong), there is a parking lot. extensive all the way in front and behind the hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself felt as though we were sleeping in a closet. There is absolutely nowhere to put any of your belongings, so you're forced to create piles on the floor. The room, and especially the bathroom, smelt bad on arrival; I'm sure they cleaned it, but there is virtually no ventilation, so it always smells wet/humid. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, to the point where you could clearly feel the springs sticking into your back. It's around a 15 minute walk to the night market, which isn't bad. Overall, I wouldn't return, or at least not to the basic room. We saw into some of the other rooms, which are what the photos on the website actually show, and they didn't seem as bad.

We had to spend just one night before taking the ferry at good time the next morning and we chose this hotel . Super !!! Not disappointed !!! The hotel is very well placed ! The hotel is very clean and very clean. In the room, the bed is especially big, you can even sleep at 4 so the bed is large, everything is functional, a large office full of electrical takes, a beautiful shower, even the shampoo and the shower freezing feel good, everything is perfect. The only small blame: a big hiding cord that separates the room from the shower room, and toilets...a little disturbing for the toilets... and the white plastic shower cord that denotes with the super decor of the room... but sincerely for the The staff is really adorable.
