Service is top notch! Amenities amazing! Staff was a pleasure to interact with! Spa massage was incredible! Pool and lazy river were clean and enjoyable!!

When we arrived the staff directed us to the wrong building. There’s only 1 elevator per building and ******* customers are always put on the opposite end is what staff said. So after hauling our luggage up the stairs we had to turn around and haul it down then up the stairs in another building. When we got into our room the sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. Luckily maintenance came and fixed it while we went out. Other than that the room was nice. The gate to the pool was broken for the 4 days we stayed there and looked like they were in no hurry to fix it, making it very inconvenient to access the pool and bbq area. There was actually a printed sign saying the gate was broken so you could tell it was not a recent thing. The hot tub was also broken which was disappointing. Parking on the weekends was terrible. If you aren’t in by 1000pm (which it’s Vegas come on) you’ll be lucky to get a spot. One night we had to park on the opposite end of the property and then walk to our room. Lastly, the property was clean but just outside the gates a lot of homeless people walking around. I felt safe while on the property but I don’t know what kind of security they have as the property gates don’t close so anyone can come in and out. Overall I’d give this property a 2.5 stars. I stayed here two years ago and would have given it 5 stars then. Unfortunately it’s gone down hill since that point. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Overall really good. Except we couldn’t shower the water was cold and the faucet was broken. We did inform the front desk when we checked out in the morning they didn’t offer us any type of composition or anything like that, but other than that the stay was good.

Exceeded my expectations! The room was fabulous and clean and beautiful! The pool and jacuzzi were great as well. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here and were happy with the room! It pretty clean, just had some dust in a few corners; it was an entire 1 bedroom apar**ent with a full kitchen, plus a washer & dryer. The furniture seemed a little older and a bit worn, but it wasn't a big deal. The area wasn't bad, there are fast food options, convenience stores & gas stations nearby. The location of the hotel is great because its away from the busyness of The *****, but only a few minutes drive if you want go there. Overall, this was a good stay; we would stay here again when the price is good!

Front desk - great/friendly... Between the mattress and headboard hasn't been cleaned in quite awhile...I wiped the tables down in the room and they were dirty (black)... The area around the hotel is quite interesting...A number of homeless individuals, trash all along the sidewalk and a couple ladies of the night as well... The property isn't horrible, but...

While the property is older it is very clean and the staff was very nice. It is far enough from the ***** to be family friendly yet close enough to be in on the action. I liked the bbqs and pool area. The kitchen in myvroom was well stocked with cooking implements. All the tools you need.

Property was better than I expected Staff was good very well maintain most of all CLEAN ROOM.
