Our stay at the this LaQuinta Inn was average. First thing, the clerk only gave us one key to the room. Our room was located far from the elevator. The ice machine did not work on the second floor. Our hotel keys never did open the side doors during or after business hours. The water in the shower had low pressure causing us to take an extra long shower to get really clean. The hotel had an old smell. I would not recommend this location.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. No request was too large or too small: and they were granted with a smile. I did not encounter anyone who works at the Residence Inn that was not friendly. The smiles were warm and genuine. The place was very clean and welcoming. The food was warm and tasty. The kitchen staff, like everyone that I encountered, was very accommodating. As a matter of fact, I felt that I was asking for too much ,but they quickly assured me that was not the case. The hotel was very convenient . I did not have to travel far to visit my girl in the rehabilitation center. Hopefully she will be able to leave there soon, but if she isn't, I will be returning to Pensacola and to Residence Ill. Thank you for being so accommodating. God Bless.

Perfect place for a one night stop. Clean and comfortable and the front desk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was a classic hotel breakfast.

My room had roaches. My son saw the first one. Then 2 more came out. I called the front desk and was told I could either check out or they could check me into another room. I was only at the hotel about 7 hours. The desk attendant stated I would get a full refund.

Check in was easy and the associate was very nice.
This is a older property in need of a gut and remodal. Our "Deluxe King" was nothing but a lot of empty space with worn and dirty furniture. Window curtains that are falling off the hangers so the window cannot be covered completely for privacy. (We were on the first floor.) Dirty bathroom floor. We could see ghost footprints on the floor from bare feet. Can assure you we only wore flip flops or shoes in there!
This is only the second time we chose LA Quinta and both times the properties were worn dumps. I'm done with the brand and their parent company brands. Never again on second chances!

Room was spacious, bed comfy and shower water pressure good. Bathroom needs remodeling…generally old and worn looking with water damage to the door
