We stayed at the HIX 5190 Motel Court on Saturday, September 25th 2021. At checkin there were no luggage carts. Lady behind the counter said people were leaving them in their rooms. They need to handle this. They could find out who it was and ban them from staying again. They need to track the carts. Too easy to fix. Then, at 6pm I tried to take a shower. No hot water. The hotel only has a handful of guests in the hotel at this moment because almost everyone there was going to a function of some sort. I checked my faucet the next morning, still no hot water. I have been staying there on our trips for nine years, now I'm going to stay in Pascagoula or Daphne.

I stayed here Tuesday 7-19-2022 and the Room could not have been better. I had a King Size Single Room on the 3rd floor. I was checked in by an attractive very pleasant woman from India. Folks I have seen negatives reviews for this hotel but I have to speak truth. My Room was impeccably clean and everything worked. Refrigerator, T.V., and AC and the Ice Machine etc. I don't have to tell anyone about the Heat Wave in the United States. When I checked in it was 100 Degrees outside. Inside my room it was Cold!!!!! I could not have asked for more. I had an excellent stay at this Hotel. I am going back next week. Great Hotel!!!!

I stayed here Tuesday 7-19-2022 and the Room could not have been better. I had a King Size Single Room on the 3rd floor. I was checked in by an attractive very pleasant woman from India. Folks I have seen negatives reviews for this hotel but I have to speak truth. My Room was impeccably clean and everything worked. Refrigerator, T.V., and AC and the Ice Machine etc. I don't have to tell anyone about the Heat Wave in the United States. When I checked in it was 100 Degrees outside. Inside my room it was Cold!!!!! I could not have asked for more. I had an excellent stay at this Hotel. I am going back next week. Great Hotel!!!!

We stayed at the HIX 5190 Motel Court on Saturday, September 25th 2021. At checkin there were no luggage carts. Lady behind the counter said people were leaving them in their rooms. They need to handle this. They could find out who it was and ban them from staying again. They need to track the carts. Too easy to fix. Then, at 6pm I tried to take a shower. No hot water. The hotel only has a handful of guests in the hotel at this moment because almost everyone there was going to a function of some sort. I checked my faucet the next morning, still no hot water. I have been staying there on our trips for nine years, now I'm going to stay in Pascagoula or Daphne.
