Room is spacious and very clean. Not at the main area of shopping but since hotel is location to a station, it’s pretty convenient

離巨蛋有些距離但是走路可以到達，而且酒店服務是我遇到的最好的一家！！下次來東京還會住的酒店，我很喜歡，一人一間，客房服務也很好

2月房間裏比較悶，窗户可以打開。樓下前台大叔都挺有禮貌。早餐沒訂，在門口24小時店吃的，性價比高。地鐵口非常近，出入方便，周圍好幾個便利店。

因為羽田機場事故延遲先臨時住一晚，差唔多九百蚊住一晚。位置都幾偏僻下，係羽田機場轉三條線先到，間嘢起係民居中間，夜晚行唔講以為行錯路。酒店正後方有間細稻荷神社。
入到間房啲床單被鋪係有啲明顯污漬
前台服務好好，我入住嗰陣係一個老伯，個人英文都幾好下，但係前台係冇24小時服務嘅。
2樓有幾部自動售賣機 微波爐同製冰機，間房個電視機有好多台但幾細下，應有嘅嘢例如風筒牙刷牙膏浴缸冷氣都有但冇暖氣
Btw 三人房果三張床逼到變一張三人床

第一次居住日本賓館，發現衞生和整潔程度無可挑剔，用濕紙巾擦拭我的手可能接觸的部位，如桌子把手開關馬桶座墊，一點灰塵和污跡也沒有，所有設施安排得恰到好處，感覺日本人民做事情太認真，一絲不苟，值得我們好好學習！

這雖然不是我這一趟旅行期間最高級的酒店，但確實是我和爸媽最滿意的酒店。
先説性價比，優越的地理位置和態度可親的24小時前台幾乎可以彌補日式酒店的面積不足等問題，在東京寸土寸金的文京區，還在東京大學對面，距離車站幾百米的路，出門就是兩個便利店和各種飯店，每晚卻衹需要六七百塊。
設施：因為是老式的酒店，有些設施有點舊了但也情有可原。
衞生：這是我最滿意的地方，連住每天都會被打掃得仔細乾淨，比起這個，我去過絕大多數連住都不給默認仔細打掃。
服務：非常滿意，當房間很吵我提出換房間的時候也立馬給換了安靜的房間。早餐一開始沒在網上定，但吃了一次因為爸爸很喜歡，所以用現金買了四天份的早餐。很新鮮的食材，清淡但是搭配均衡。
環境：很好，很舒服，地理位置優越，距離我的學校衹是步行距離。
最後，請一直保持初心，保持高質量的服務
感謝給我父母第一次出國遊的好印象。
希望以後還有機會入住。
