Many people don't know what to do on their first visit to Bangkok??
Here are 9 places worth checking in
Save this before you go❗️Itinerary included at the end of the article‼️
1️⃣ Wat Arun
Also known as the 'Temple of Dawn,' one of Bangkok's landmarks, located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. If you don't have time to go inside, you can book a scenic restaurant across the river or go to a free platform to watch the sunset, which is absolutely beautiful🌅 (ps. Restaurant view seats need to be booked in advance)
2️⃣ Wat Traimit's Giant Buddha
A new landmark in Bangkok, a 6-meter-tall pure copper Buddha that seems to be meditating🧘 The classic photo spot is in the alley and by the water
3️⃣ Bangkok Skywalk (Location: Bangkok Art and Culture Centre)
The graffiti skywalk in Bangkok that went viral on the internet is right next to Siam Square, with many shopping malls nearby. After checking in, it's perfect for shopping. The biggest Big C is also nearby, search on the map🔍 'Big C Supercenter Ratchadamri'
4️⃣ Bubble In The Forest
A super🔥 cafe in Bangkok that's like a mini Maldives, the environment is really🉑, and the photos turn out amazing📷. Drinks start at over 100🐷, with no minimum charge. If you don't book in advance, you may have to wait, and if you want fewer people in your photos, it's recommended to arrive right when they open in the morning
5️⃣ After The Rain
A tropical rainforest cafe, only a 10-minute drive from the mini Maldives. There's a super long coconut palm canal where you can row for free, full of vacation vibes! The prices are very affordable, we had food + drinks, and it was only 150🐷 per person
6️⃣ Chinatown
The filming location of 'Detective Chinatown'🎬 One of the busiest commercial areas in downtown Bangkok, with lots of delicious food at friendly prices. At night, the neon signs light up, and it feels great to take long-exposure photos
7️⃣ Sky Bar
When in Bangkok, you must visit the Pixel Building for the night view🌃. There are many rooftop bars where you can overlook the whole city, enjoy the evening breeze, and have a cocktail, with a great atmosphere~ It's recommended to arrive before sunset, the twilight is super beautiful🌅
8️⃣ Wat Pho
The oldest temple in Bangkok, with the world's largest reclining Buddha. There are fewer people here than at the Grand Palace, and it's easier to take photos. It's recommended to go right when they open
9️⃣ The Grand Palace + Temple of the Emerald Buddha
Symbols of the Thai dynasty. A must-visit for first-timers in Bangkok. The main building is not open to the public, guarded by sentries

Arrived, did not expect anything But when going to see inside, it is very beautiful, good atmosphere, good view, going up to the top, I like it very much. The more in the evening, the more beautiful light is.
The whole building was quite luxurious, and I enjoyed the stairs with marble and many Buddha statues on display until I went to the famous top floor.
Established during the Ayutthaya period in 1610, Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen is the origin of the Dhammakaya tradition and part of the Maha Nikaya fraternity. Its famous huge Buddha image 'Phra Buddha Dhammakāya Thepmongkhon' is the largest in Bangkok and the only one in the world made entirely of pure bronze. Behind the Buddha image stands the large pagoda 'Maharatchamongkhon' which houses a beautiful emerald glass stupa under a colourful psychedelic dome ceiling on the top floor.
This is a great temple with a huge Buddha and fascinating museum that I somehow never made it to before. Additionally, there are a few other great temples in the area worth visiting
Wat Pak NamThe original of Buddhism meditation temple, where worldwide popular.
Tallest Buddha in town, easily accessible by metro, free entrance. The Buddha’s heart is in massive gold! Also have a nice museum nearby.
