"The hygiene at this hotel was disgustingly poor. I hope fellow Chinese travelers visiting Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, avoid this place. I found the hygiene terrible and the front desk refused to cancel my booking when I confronted them. Eventually, with the help of Trip.com customer service, I was able to get one night refunded (I had booked two nights). I was still forced to stay for one night, and the next day my back was incredibly itchy. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!"

The room had a view of the Kuala Lumpur Tower, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check-in and check-out were super fast and convenient, and the deposit was fully refunded within 20 minutes. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a fantastic view! Highly recommend! Incredible views from the pool on the 51st floor!"
