The hotel in general, from 10. First of all, one thing to highlight and that for me is very important. The spectacular bed, I think I have never rested so well in any other hotel. I looked at the label on the mattress to take a picture of it and consider buying it when I change mine, wonderful. Food very very good. Everything I tried I liked and I did not find anything that was bad, and the variety was good too. The only downside I would put is for the juice. The juice is bad, actually quite a bit. Very good location. Close to the beach and with plenty of parking space. Very very clean and spacious facilities. 3 pools with a bar outside to have a drink while you sunbathe. Good atmosphere. The truth is that all I can say are good things, removing the small drawbacks such as the juice, the water in the shower, that the temperature is not constant and it is difficult to hit the mark and that some employee is not entirely friendly, but otherwise, spectacular .

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

I was there with my couple during 1 week an it was a very good stay. The service is incredibly good and they are super helpful and kindly. Special mention to Merche how was very kind with us. On the other hand, it would be nice if the hotel add more umbrellas and hamacas to the pool and improve a little bit the space around the adults pool. Pd: There's an incredible chocolate cake with nuts and caramel (and a crunchy bass) that should be serve more often.

We stay at this hotel for the second time. Rest with 2 children. There is a closed pool that works all year round and open pools that work in the swimming season. We were at the end of April, the children's open pool has already worked. The water is heated in it, so the kids were comfortable. The open pool for adults worked too, but the water is not heated in it, so nobody was swimming. In the evenings children's discotheque, the day too there are children's programs. The food is diverse, everything was enough. We had a 4-story local room: two beds and one 2-sleep bed sofa. The couch is not very comfortable for sleep. No other claims.

The room and bathroom were not maintained, the doors and window frames were damp and swollen with water, the sink support was rusty, the room was very basic and old, there was little light except from the window, the curtain was dirty and torn, and it was noticeable that there was a lack of maintenance and lighting. The buffet service was very good, with elaborate and homemade food, free on everything except for drinks, which you pay for when you enter, and the waiters were very attentive when it came to clearing away dishes and cleaning. The gym is just what you see in the photo, super small and all with closed glass, a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical and weights of a maximum of 10 kg.

The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for you. 135€ massage at the SPA. 35€ l'assiette de makes. 30€ per extra hour if you want a late check out. The atmosphere is Asian, but not the prices ! I'll return with pleasure !

Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

The hotel is a nice restaurant and is a nice restaurant , with the noise of all those retired people who speak very strongly during meals . Muy buen hotel, el personal de 10. El buffet bueno y las bebidas a buen precio. Lo malo es que la habitación que estábamos era muy ruidosa, sin insonorizar se escuchaba la música del hotel que duraba hasta las 00,30 o 1,00 de la noche. La piscina pequeña para la gente que hay, pero para refrescarse vale. No tiene actividades por el día , la reserva de hamacas si bien está escrita en cartel que no se puede . Pero como en todos los hoteles no hacen caso , se fuma alrededor de la piscina y nadie lo corrige será porque estará permitido. Es hotel enfocado para los clientes de habla inglesa, los espectáculos son en inglés y si bien me gusta la música en inglés. Los artistas cuando le hablan al público lo hacen en inglés , ni siquiera un buenas noches para los que somos hispanos parlantes. Hasta tv como la 1 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 y demas al pasar una película la ponen en inglés . Si quieres ver la película en español no se puede , pero si poner subtítulos en español. Es un hotel que si buscas fiesta es ideal, si es para descansar y acostarte a las 12 mejor no vayas ahi .
