Amazing location. We was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to this gorgeous beach. The staff were extremely helpful and happy. The outside of the little buildings within beautiful gardens could do with a refresh, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay. We spent 6 nights here and could have easily spent another week. Upon check-in we had a bit of an issue with a lost bag, and the staff, particularly a serviría guard, was so helpful, and we did manage to get the bag back, much to our surprise as it was left on the transport Tom too type vehicle from the port. Overall we had a n amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

I am not satisfied with our stay due to the power outages (brownouts). I had assumed the hotel had a generator that would cover the lack of electricity. While they do have one, it could not sustain the entire hotel. We experienced on-and-off power interruptions for three hours during the day and also later in the evening. When we arrived prior to our check-in time, the front desk sadly informed us there would be a power interruption until 6 PM. Our itinerary had to change because of the power shortage. The older members of the family, who were supposed to rest after traveling to the island, unfortunately could not. The only positive was the service, as the staff and crew were nice and approachable.

Located at the heart of station 2 where the fun starts. Walk to the beach as soon as you come out of the hotel but very busy. If you want a quiet and tranquil holiday this is not for you. It’s like going through a labyrinth everytime going home to your room but can get use to it. Check in was a bit of a pain since we came in a large group and felt a bit deceptive as our deluxe room (king bed) was upgraded to premier with double bed and a single which didn’t work for couples longing for a king bed. But I guess the upgrade was more for us to be closer to the beach. Would be nice if the reason was explained to us. But no big issue and would not fault the hotel for that small hiccup. The rooms are a dated but reasonably clean and the best was comfort if the bed and came in white sheets. Our room has balcony and iverlooking the pool. Got everything you need in a resort. Short walk to the shops and cafes you’ll never get hungry. Lots of fire dance in different spots of the whole stretch of station 2. Big thanks to France the hotel chauffeur who drive us to the hospital for my daughter’s emergency situation. It’s a shame that it wasn’t his duty when we checked out but hope that he got our tip in thanks to his efforts to us. Thanks to the entire staff including the nurse who assisted my daughter. Overall we were happy despite the short stay and will definitely come back to this brand of hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great hotel, located between station 1 and 2, so prime location, a bit too loud id say , nevertheless good stay. I recommend massage , they offer it right near the pool and its worth it! Good massage for a good price. They also have quite nice rooftop pool and bar as well. Breakfast on another hand is mediocre, but i notice its a problem in Boracay- it is not a gastronomic place at all:(( Also i recommend to book a pick up with them, was smooth!

Boat Station 2 Boracay Island|0.92km from city center
They were nice, respectful, and helpful while we were still checked in but once we checked out, that hospitality completely disappeared. We got stranded in Boracay and had to check out right in the middle of a typhoon. Unfortunately, the staff refused to even lend my boyfriend an umbrella for a few minutes so we could safely get to our transport. To make things worse, I wasn’t feeling well and had started to develop a fever. Let’s be honest, Hennan is not a budget hotel. You expect a certain level of service and compassion, even after you checked out especially in extreme weather conditions. It was disappointing and frustrating to feel like the care and courtesy we received only applied while we were still paying guests. After checkout, it felt like we didn’t matter at all. For the price you pay, I expected better treatment at the very least, a bit of kindness and understanding during such a difficult situation. Sadly, this experience left me feeling robbed and deeply disappointed.

All the staff, crew , even the security guards , were extremely approachable and kind! You can really feel how much they care. They always check on you and make sure you’re well taken care of. The facilities are very clean and beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious! The whole experience was super worth it, and not a single peso felt wasted. Next time we go to Boracay, we’re definitely staying at Astoria again! 🥰

Bulabog Beach Boracay Island|1.36km from city center
I just wrapped up a stay at Fairways and Bluewater from Feb 4 to 6, and it was honestly such a breeze. The best part was how they handled the airport transfers. They used their own vans and a private speedboat to get us to the island, which saved us so much hassle. They even helped me get to a wedding over at Shangri-La Boracay without any drama. The check in was super quick, and the room was really clean with a great view of the pool and the golf course. There is so much to do on-site too. We stayed busy with table tennis, billiards, basketball, and even pickleball. We had some great meals at We Chill and Augusta. I definitely recommend the Salmon Paksiw, Fairways Fried Chicken, Moqueca Fish Stew, and the Grilled Pompano. Everything was delicious, and they even have a gelato bar and a cafe for treats. Plus, every staff member we met was so kind and helpful. If you want a place that takes care of the logistics while providing plenty of entertainment, this is it.

Savoy Hotel Newcoast Boracay – A Truly Family-Friendly Stay Our stay at Savoy Hotel in Newcoast Boracay was excellent from start to finish, and it genuinely stood out as one of the most family-friendly hotels we’ve experienced on the island. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel welcome and taken care of—especially as a family. Check-in was smooth, warm, and efficient, and there was a clear sense that the staff understood what families need: patience, clarity, and a little extra support when traveling with kids. The family room was a big highlight. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, giving everyone enough room to relax without feeling cramped. After a full day out, it really felt like coming back to a proper space designed for rest and convenience. Food was another strong point. The buffet offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently good—varied, well-prepared, and satisfying. There was something for everyone, and the quality stayed steady across meals, which isn’t always the case in buffet setups. The hotel facilities were also impressive and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy our time without needing to constantly go elsewhere. Everything felt organized, clean, and guest-focused. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Special mention to Lance—always happy, highly supportive, and a huge help when it came to logistics and assistance. Whether it was coordinating details or simply making sure things ran smoothly, he was reliable and genuinely attentive. Maddie also deserves recognition for her excellent customer care in the restaurant—friendly, responsive, and consistently on top of things in a way that makes dining feel easy and pleasant. We also appreciated how keen and supportive the security team was. Their presence added a reassuring sense of safety, and they were always helpful when we needed guidance or assistance. Finally, the free drop-offs and pick-ups provided by the hotel were a great added benefit. It made getting around much easier and took away a lot of the typical hassle of transportation in Boracay. In general, Savoy Hotel Newcoast Boracay delivered a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable stay for our family. Great rooms, good food, excellent facilities, and standout service—highly recommended, especially for families looking for an stress-free and well-supported vacation.

Balinghai Beach Boracay Island|2.55km from city center
We stayed in Movenpick for one whole week following the recommendation from a friend who stayed there twice already when she traveled to Boracay, and on the whole, we didn’t regret this choice either. We’ll share some positive things first, then negative. It was our first time to visit the island, and we knew that the White Beach area is always crowded, full of beggars and people offering you to go sailing or try out massage at their salon literally every five steps which is quite annoying. On the contrary, Movenpick is a quiet and secluded place where you can enjoy your vacations at the fullest. The prices in the resort restaurants are almost the same as in the White Beach cafes, maybe a little higher, but the food is way more delicious (we especially loved the dishes in Brezza). We didn’t expect it to be so good after reading some negative reviews on Ctrip, so it was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of options and outstanding service (and they do have black coffee, so don’t trust those who mention that there is no coffee at the breakfast buffet). But what impressed us most was a very warm and friendly attitude of all staff to every single guest. They always approached us with a big smile, and after several days of staying, they could even remember our cocktail preferences at daily Happy Hour! Nice little sweet treats at Chocolate hour, live music from 6pm daily, plenty of space and activities offered at the resort - we loved it a lot. However, there are some tiny things you must know before booking. Half of the swimming pool might be closed for maintenance, which is totally understandable yet isn’t what you expect when choosing this hotel (neither it is convenient nor pleasant to see). Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, you can see they haven’t been renovated for a while (AC/fridge are quite noisy, some things like shower gel dispenser might get broken easily - but they can be replaced at once if you inform the hotel). Last, if you are unlucky with neighbours (especially if there’s a family with an infant in the room one floor above yours), then you might enjoy terrible noise all the day as the rooms are not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, and only on the 3rd night we were offered a bigger room for sleeping overnight (but the AC was loud there, not to mention some weird sounds outside in the middle of the night - could be an electricity generator or something else - that woke us up and we had to move back to our main room with the hope that our neighbours were fast asleep). In a word, it is recommended to bring some earplugs and not hesitate to inform the receptionists about any problem you have at once and ask for an immediate solution. Generally speaking, if we ever decide to return to Boracay for vacations, it’s highly likely we will choose Movenpick for the whole stay time again.

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. No bacon at the breakfast buffet. You have to pay and order separately.  No sleepwear at the bfast buffet should be briefed well with the staff. I was wearing sleepwear alright, a decent shirt and normal square pants. I dnt know why it was not allowed. I had to go back to the room and change. The sleepwear dresscode should be keenly discussed with the staff. Maybe this dresscode meant no lingeries at the buffet. Weve stayed at other Henanns in bora, (regency and crystal sands), we were able to wear the same type of sleepwear to breakfast (shirt and pants) Hotel is not beach front as i thought it was. All other staff were very attentive, responsive and nice.

Excelent resort. The resort is offering breathtaking views, pristine private beaches, and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. We stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay! You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party. One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!

Diniwid Beach Boracay Island|1.75km from city center
A small cozy hotel right on the beach. Very friendly staff. Most of the tenants are elderly foreigners, which is good if you you want a peaceful and not noisy atmosphere. Breakfasts are good. There are good restaurants nearby further down the sea shore (around 1 km). However, there are some drawbacks that will spoil your stay: 1) Airconditioners are old and very noisy, which makes it unbearable while sleeping. 2) There are some locals living right next to the hotel and they have roosters that start cock-a-doodle-dooing at around 5.30 AM. People come to the hotel to have a good rest and get plenty of sleep, not to wake up at 5.30 every day. Something should be done about this. 3) Sound insulation in the room was very bad. I could hear every step, every cough outside as well as someone from the adjacent room taking a shower.

Interesting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel. Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome. Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind. Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque. Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service. Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

This review is genuine, without embellishment. Excellent hotel. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you. Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel. The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers! You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services. Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise. If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one. Thank you!

The second time I stayed at Exploration. It is a worry-free choice to stay at Exploration in Boracay. It is located in S1, which is relatively quiet, the beach quality is also good, and there is free airport pick-up and drop-off. In addition, the attitude of every service staff I met is super nice~ Although the swimming pool is not big, there is a hot spring pool next to it, and it is still very comfortable to soak in it; there are not many types of breakfast, and the more popular dishes are not available if you go too late; the room is quite large, but if you are sensitive to light, remember to bring an eye mask, because the room uses roller blinds, which do not block light and leak light seriously, so you don’t sleep well, and you are very tired when you go to bed late and wake up early. The shower water pressure is sufficient, which is great~ After all, it is important to take a comfortable hot bath. If the room can be replaced with blackout curtains, I think I will choose Exploration again when I go to Boracay next time.

The hotel is cozy, clean, and beautiful! The location is super convenient, right in the middle of a bunch of cafes and little shops. You don't have to go far for anything. Even though the hotel is right in the thick of things, there's a courtyard that provides a nice escape from the crowds, which is really handy. In the evenings, there's entertainment in the courtyard. There's also a rooftop pool at the hotel. And the massage was excellent; we went to a therapist named Lara. The service is also great. The ladies at the front desk are always ready to help. We asked them to pack a breakfast for our child because we were checking out early, and our child doesn't eat much in the morning. We managed to have breakfast ourselves at 6 AM. They prepared a breakfast for the child and accommodated our requests. The breakfasts at the hotel are a solid 4 out of 5. I felt there weren't quite enough dishes, but you definitely won't go hungry. The rooms have everything you need for comfort – robes, slippers, and toiletries. There's even hair conditioner and body lotion. This is an excellent hotel – I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea. There aren't any private sun loungers, but they do provide beach towels.

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

My recent stay at The District was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request — big or small. The room was immaculately clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with all the comforts I could ask for. Every detail, from the crisp linens to the thoughtful amenities, made my stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. One of the standout features of my stay was the excellent customer service. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. They made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — from the well-maintained fitness center to the cozy lounge and delightful dining options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. Overall, my time at The District was truly splendid. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and outstanding service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

They offer a free shuttle to White Beach, and back as well, although it's an easy 25-minute walk. The shuttle to the port is also free. The grounds are huge and beautiful. My room had a terrace. Not many people walk by, and the view is lovely. There's a pool and restaurant on site, but I didn't use them. Housekeeping is infrequent. By their own rules, they should have changed the sheets at least once a week, but they didn't (I dropped chocolate on the bed on the first day and there was a small stain, so I know for sure they weren't changed). The room is really in dire need of renovation. There are huge cracks in the wall, and the closets are hard to open. However, the room itself is very spacious.

Our recent stay at Astoria Boracay was a fantastic experience for our family trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is unbeatable—right on Station 1's beautiful beachfront, which is perfect for families looking to avoid the more crowded areas of Boracay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and we loved the beach-inspired decor that felt cozy and tropical. The pool area was another highlight for the kids, and there were plenty of lounge chairs for us to relax while they enjoyed the water. Breakfast was a treat every morning with a great selection of local and international dishes that catered to all our tastes. The on-site restaurant also had a fantastic menu for lunch and dinner, with dishes that gave us a taste of the local flavors as well as family-friendly options. Another plus is the easy access to nearby shops and dining options along the beach path, so we could explore the island without any hassle. Astoria Boracay is truly an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend it and can’t wait for our next trip back! :)

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront hotel in Boracay for our anniversary and it was honestly perfect, just steps away from the sand and sunset. The staff surprised us with a complimentary anniversary setup that made the whole stay extra special. From the rose petals to the sweet note and towel swans, everything was done with so much thought. Service was warm, the food was great, and the vibe was peaceful. Truly made our anniversary unforgettable 💕 Highly recommend this place if you’re celebrating something special!

Usually they write about some disadvantages, but I would like to leave a positive review without any shortcomings. 1. Staff. Having visited many countries, I can definitely say that no one treated me with such warmth as in this country. They were ready to do everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 2. Cleanliness. Every day they came and cleaned the room. 3. Location. You need to walk through the construction site for literally 2 minutes and you will find yourself on the embankment, essentially this is the first line, so you don’t need to walk far. 4. Buffet. You can always find something for yourself, even though it is small. We also ordered food from the hotel menu for lunch/dinner. It was very tasty, the portions are large, you won’t regret it! Special thanks to the staff, they took great care of us in many ways. If we come back we will 100% stay with you. We wish decent guests and prosperity to your hotel.

Located in Station 3, which is quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk from the lively Station 2 where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The hotel is ideally situated for those who want both relaxation and easy access to the buzz of Boracay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff , always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. We appreciated our stay so much that we extended it for two nights . I highly recommend this hotel.

This is our second time staying at Giulius Boracay Italian Resort, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect — very close to everything you need: D’Mall, the beach, restaurants, and transportation. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also love that the resort has a pool for swimming, which is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Another big plus is that they allow guests to borrow banig and towels to bring to the beach, which is super convenient! We truly enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come back on our next Boracay trip. Highly recommended!

The location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. The host is very helpful and helps with everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this property. Best regards, Kinga and Daria ;))

Let's start with the positives: - Perfect location - Responsive staff. That's where the positives end. Now for the negatives: - The hotel is extremely ”tired.” The photos don't match reality – the furniture is old, the walls, floors, and plumbing are all run down. - The ancient air conditioner is so loud you can't sleep. - There's a crazy orchestra practicing and drumming for hours under the windows during the day, so you can't rest in your room. - But you won't rest at night either – the drummers are replaced by drunkards who drink and shout until morning.
