The rooms were nice, but one of my employees had an issue with her room. The pullout sofa was stained on the outer/top cushion, as well as the bottom of the inner cushion (bed) was horrible. The shower was not clean and there was hair in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty and needs to be scrubbed and the hair cleaned up in the corners. The first bed we rolled down had a very long black hair and also a pubic hair laying on top of the white sheet. If the sheets were changed from the previous patron, I don’t know how the housekeeping staff could have missed that, so I assume the previous Patron made the bed and house keeping never changed that bed. We checked the other bed and it appeared clean so we slept in that bed. FromMXN1,439

I was pleased with the hotel. It was a nice place to stay. The only problem I had, was I booked a mobility room however when we arrived at the hotel we did not get a mobility room. They said that going through a third party to book, you don’t always get what you booked. I was disappointed about that.SOLD OUT

Very good location next to the central location is the concentrated various theaters.
The hotel environment is also very good, but there is a black female front desk attitude is very bad. Talking to me is particularly rude. It gives me a good feeling. Other customer service staff are very good.FromMXN1,611

My daughter (she’s 4) had a blast in the pool and on the playground, and our older daughter and son-in-law and their 2yo twin boys also had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely be coming back!
