When we arrived, I was at 9:30 in the evening. The surrounding area of the hotel was very remote and desolate under the sea mist at night. However, when we arrived at the hotel, it was immediately another atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were warm and friendly. The people singing and dancing in the bar laughed. Most of them are elders and very kind. The hotel room has a fireplace, Nordic-style decoration and murals, we like it very much. Health is very good. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were very accommodating. The facilities were excellent and the place had some a warm and cozy feeling. We loved the fires in the rooms and the jacuzzi and steam rooms. Breakfast was simple and grab and go style which worked fine for us. Front desk personnel was very friendly and attentive.
The room, hmm. Clean but beat up. And broken.
The fireplace did not work. Big bummer. Maintenance got it working, but if we turned it ff, it would not go back on. So, it was a one shot deal. Plus, you never want to have to call in maintenance once you are already in the room. Its just uncomfortable. The window opened on ground level to parking lot two feet from window. One window did not lock at all. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling I have these at home, but don't expect cobwebs at a hotel.
The fan in the bathroom did not work. So it got very stuffy in there and never dried out from shower.
Overall, I would not book here again. there are plenty of other hotel Inns along this stretch of beach, all with the same excellent location. From$126

On the 1st road, I stayed in Cumbria for one night. It is a street of various hotels. This is a warm, two-row, face-to-face room with only one floor. There are two small rest pavilions in the middle of the yard, and there are open air in the middle. The fireplace was cold at the end of May, and there was a fireplace in the room, which was comfortable to open at night. Breakfast was chosen at check-in. The next morning, I used the basket to hang at the door. There were not many things but enough to eat. The big bed in the room is also very big, and the car is parked in the yard for free. There is a walking boardwalk opposite the hotel that is very close to the beach. The nearby restaurant has had dinner and come back to see the sunset at the beach. The nearby restaurant recommended by the hotel is very good, but if you feel a bit cold, don't be afraid to wait for it. Don't sit in the open air. Let's feel the temperature of the trembling. It's a kind of motel. If you planning to stay here, remember to prepare for drinking water. Tap water is not drinkable, but hotel doesn't provide water dispenser ( instead only ice dispenser, which I think stupid for the weather there is cold), and even no bottled water at all in the room, also no water kettle. Shops are quiet far, have to drive, and closed a bit early. So if you came late, no water, it might be a big problem. The room and bed is quite ok though.From$89

Obviously there are vacant rooms, the aunt at the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I am an Asian for all the guests. I will stay alone on the first floor. The Sino-US trade war was also caused by the deep-rooted racial theory of these whites. The hotel is in a good location, facing the sea, next to a well-known restaurant, the waiting time in line is too long. I don't know if it's because there are fewer people staying in the off-season, so I was assigned a room at the end of the hotel. It seemed like no one had stayed there for a long, long time. The shower head couldn't be turned on by a lady like me. The front desk contacted the maintenance worker, and even the sturdy worker had to twist it hard. The worker said he couldn't fix it for me tonight, so he asked me to go to the front desk to coordinate. As a result, the front desk disappeared. The final solution was that the worker opened it for me, and I solved the shower problem first, but I had to leave the shower head to fate. 😃 Fortunately, there was a male friend traveling with me, otherwise I almost had to listen to the sound of water from the shower head all night. This well thought out home is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac facing the mountains of the Fiscalini Ranch. Minutes from downtown Cambria, and close by Hearst Castle, Elephant Seal lookouts, wineries and so much more the Central Coast has to offer.The spaceThree bedrooms: 2 King beds, 1 Queen, and a full sleeper in the TV room. Fully remodeled in 2022. Imaculate kitchen with stainless steel appliances. two full bathrooms. Sit back and gaze at the mountains from the great room or the balconies.Guest accessThe entire house and property are yours to access during your stay. We recommend you park in the two car garage as the driveway is steep and street parking is not allowed. We will give you a code to the garage keypad at check in.The backyard extends all the way up the hill to the street above us if you want another access point for a nice walk around the neighborhood. The sideyard is also yours and we plan to put in additional outdoor features like hammock, firepit, and possibly putting green. So, check back for future stays to see what we've added!Other things to notePlease keep in mind that there are stairs at this house. There are stairs to get to the front door from the driveway. There are also two stories in the house with stairs in between. The upper level (stairs from the garage and/or entryway) has the living rooms, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.We do not recommend this house for families with small children as the stairs are open and no baby gates are provided.The sleeper sofa (in the TV room) is roughly a full sized mattress. Front desk personnel was very friendly and attentive.
The room, hmm. Clean but beat up. And broken.
The fireplace did not work. Big bummer. Maintenance got it working, but if we turned it ff, it would not go back on. So, it was a one shot deal. Plus, you never want to have to call in maintenance once you are already in the room. Its just uncomfortable. The window opened on ground level to parking lot two feet from window. One window did not lock at all. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling I have these at home, but don't expect cobwebs at a hotel.
The fan in the bathroom did not work. So it got very stuffy in there and never dried out from shower.
Overall, I would not book here again. there are plenty of other hotel Inns along this stretch of beach, all with the same excellent location. From$126

On the 1st road, I stayed in Cumbria for one night. It is a street of various hotels. This is a warm, two-row, face-to-face room with only one floor. There are two small rest pavilions in the middle of the yard, and there are open air in the middle. The fireplace was cold at the end of May, and there was a fireplace in the room, which was comfortable to open at night. Breakfast was chosen at check-in. The next morning, I used the basket to hang at the door. There were not many things but enough to eat. The big bed in the room is also very big, and the car is parked in the yard for free. There is a walking boardwalk opposite the hotel that is very close to the beach. The nearby restaurant has had dinner and come back to see the sunset at the beach. The nearby restaurant recommended by the hotel is very good, but if you feel a bit cold, don't be afraid to wait for it. Don't sit in the open air. Let's feel the temperature of the trembling.
