We were a party of 5 people. We truly enjoyed our stay the entire duration. The Service was really top notch. Most of what we requested was granted which make our stay truly memorable and enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent. Will be looking forward to return again with more of our other family members to experience the hospitality.

I booked two units of the 2-bedroom family suite. A day before our arrival, the hotel staff called to inform us that one of the rooms was not available, but they thoughtfully arranged alternative rooms for us - one Deluxe Quad and one Deluxe Twin. The arrangement worked well for our family. On the day we checked in, there was a snow show in the evening, which was a wonderful surprise. The kids enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff provided superb service throughout our stay and were very attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. We would definitely come back again when we visit Cameron in the future.

Overall is good. Check in staff is friendly and pleasant. It will be nice to have handsoap provided in the toilet as well. Room service not done daily, hence housekeeping did not enter to tidy up after an entire day.

The Good: • Location: Excellent; walking distance to everything in Tanah Rata. • Housekeeping: Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. • Service: Staff were professional and helpful throughout. Areas for Improvement: • Dining: Food taste was underwhelming and needs more flavor/quality control. • Gym Layout: Equipment setting is awkward and needs a more functional arrangement. • Gym Amenities: Please provide towels and drinking water specifically for gym users. These are standard 5-star essentials currently missing.

Perfect stay. I’ll be returning for sure. The room was spotless, the staff were welcoming, food was good and every detail made my stay comfortable.

Our two night stay at the Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands was a wonderful, relaxing escape. The hotel offers a charming, colonial atmosphere and an incredibly quiet and peaceful environment, making it ideal for unwinding. This is a highly recommended choice for anyone needing a tranquil base or a quiet, restorative mountain retreat.

We had such a lovely stay here! Great location and everything we needed was nearby and super convenient. Breakfast was a generous spread with plenty of choices to start the day right. But the best part, without a doubt, was the service. We stayed during the festive season when it was crowded and everyone was busy, yet the team was still smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Special shoutout to Kenneth. Always the first to greet us, always checking in to see if we needed anything, and just made us feel so welcome. Yes, the place may be a little older, but the cleanliness and the service totally made up for it and truly made our stay brilliant. Thank you to the whole team. We really appreciate you!

Stayed at Copthorne Cameron Highlands and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — situated in Kea Farm and only about a 4-minute walk to the Kea Farm Market. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and attractions such as Zoo Mania & Butterfly Farm and Sheep Sanctuary are within walking distance. The room for three people was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. Breakfast was decent — the buffet selection was reasonable, and the set breakfast option was good as well. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would consider returning if visiting Cameron Highlands again.

I stayed at Kea Garden Guest House and found several areas that could be improved. There were not enough pillows provided, which affected our comfort. The room felt quite warm even though the weather outside was cold. Having at least one fan in the room would be helpful, as the windows cannot be opened due to privacy concerns and safety reasons. The windows also cannot be locked, which feels unsafe. The TV had no selectable channels available. It would be better to provide Netflix or a similar streaming service so guests can relax at night, especially during rainy weather when going out is limited. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, possibly coming from the tiles or drainage. The iron is placed outside the room, which is inconvenient. It would be more practical to place an iron inside the room and simply check the room inventory during check-out before returning the deposit. Parking is also limited and shared with visitors who come to shop in the area, making it difficult to find parking. Overall, the guest house has potential, but improvements in room comfort, facilities, and safety would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Everything was good, but for the price paid, complimentary tea/coffee sachets and an iron in the room would have been appreciated. The breakfast should ideally be buffet-style to offer a wider variety of food.
