This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Staff lead of restaurant for breakfast needs to learn to communicate more. I was served sardines when my order was chorizo. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, she made an excuse saying that she heard me say “Spanish” and assumed I ordered sardines. This behavior is unacceptable as (1) she should have apologized for the mistake and (2) she should have informed me first that chorizo wasn’t available and if I preferred a different option instead of her actions mentioned above. Hope her supervisor can take corrective action on this.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any request. The amenities were impressive, including a well-maintained gym, clean pool, and a great breakfast selection.
The only downside was the parking situation. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis, which can be inconvenient, especially during peak hours. It would be great if the hotel could consider expanding the parking area or offering reserved spots.
Overall, a great experience with everything you’d expect from a quality hotel—just plan ahead for parking.
