          The aparthotel is located in the Clichy-Batignolles area, which was extensively rebuilt in 2018-2020. A five-minute walk from the metro station line 13, to the center of Paris by metro 25-30 minutes. The rooms are small but cozy, clean linen, crockery, drip coffee maker and hob available. There is no kettle in the rooms, and the diameter of the dishes in the room does not allow cooking on two burners at the same time. Housekeeping is included in the price for stays of seven days or more, so I recommend that you take out food waste immediately. :)

          Great little hotel for a budget stay, fresh bedding on a comfy bed, very clean room, very cosy room not much spare space but sufficient if it’s just a place to rest your head, quiet area so not worry of traffic all night to wake you up and the staff were very friendly.           I am giving you my opinion to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the experience I had during my stay in your establishment*****t on 06/12/2023, under reservation number ******* ****. I checked in at your hotel at 3:45 p.m. on 06/12/2023 and everything seemed as expected. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I returned to the hotel at midnight, the night staff not only refused to let me into my room, but also demanded that I pay for breakfast. It is important to note that breakfast was not included in my reservation and I had no intention of having it. This behavior is not only unacceptable but also contrary to the standards of customer service expected in an establishment of your reputation. I was left in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, without any explanation or adequate assistance to resolve the problem. I request clarification on this situation and, above all, corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future with other customers. Additionally, I would like to be informed of the actions you plan to take in response to this unpleasant experience. I hope you will take this complaint seriously to improve your service quality in the future

          The hotel does not have a parking lot, it is a bit different from the introduction, but it is a street away from the hotel. The parking fee is 14.5 Euros a day. The room was very small but clean. It may be that Paris is a place of gold. There is no kettle, but the restaurant can pour water. Breakfast in general

Elevator in pantoufle room at 3rd floor A very small room I think not more than 9 m2 Cross mirror Then you can't pipi right on the toilet because the wall is too close. You're forced to put on the side and I'm a little bit, so imagine my husband! Extremely noisy wake up at 7 a.m. even with my ears closets ... At 10 a.m. the household lady hitting the door We felt that we had to go quickly ... Trace of cigarette burning on the workplace for a non-smoking room ... I won't go back there shortly However, I must emphasise that the staff was welcome and the room was clean

          The hotel is only three minutes away from the subway, five minutes away from McDonald's, and there are at least three supermarkets nearby within five minutes, which is very convenient.           It's OK, just like a domestic express hotel. I wanted to check in early the next morning after getting off the train, but they charged me 40 Euros... Speechless. The subway station next to me was broken when I stayed there... Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. The breakfast was also very simple, basically only croissants were available.

          The good points are: there are supermarkets and delicious restaurants nearby, the transportation is very convenient, and the hygiene is cleaner than expected. What I feel very uncomfortable about is: the air conditioner in the hotel makes a strange noise. I was given an electric fan in the middle of the night and they said they would come to fix it the next day. When I returned to the room, the noise was still there. Fortunately, the room has a ventilation system, otherwise I would be too hot. I slept in a room with a strange air conditioner for four nights and the hotel was too lazy to really fix it. I would like to praise Ctrip's customer service for actively solving the problem. The following is a video of the strange noise (the sound is amplified to the maximum to show the real feeling)

          Absolutely wonderful. PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning. CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem. Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend.

          The room is relatively small but clean. The front desk service is good. You can leave your keys at the front desk every time you go out. The hotel is located in zone 2, but the surrounding bus and subway are also convenient, and it is convenient to eat. It is very quiet to sleep at night.           Very warm welcome, spacious room, very modern decor, very friendly, professional staff. Breakfast was a buffet with local products and especially croissants and pain au chocolat, a real delight. I recommend the hotel, a magnificent, quiet, calm hotel, and the rooftop is the place to have lunch outside. I can't wait for our next weekend.
