The facilities: good! They have hair dryers, towels, and everything! the wifi is also good! the cleanliness: slightly lower than the standards! the location: not in the center of the city, and the car is hard to reach because the alley is small; it’s close to a cafe & restaurant! The service: the manager is really responsive through WhatsApp and the Trip app! Good to know: the checkout time is before 12! better than a few places! There’s an elevator!

As a transit hotel, a short stay here is completely stress-free. No need for a taxi; just navigate to the alley opposite the airport, and you'll be there in 10 minutes. The owner was very kind and waited up for us even in the early hours. The coffee next door is a real lifesaver in the morning. I'll definitely stay here again for future red-eye flights.

I booked a room for women only and the staff put me in a mixed room, and only after my complaints did they change my room. In addition, the bathroom is always dirty: clogged sinks and toilet paper on the floor. You can’t stay in the common room in the evening because there is a man who sleeps on the couch and kicks you out if you talk (to talk on the phone in the evening you practically have to leave the hostel). Last thing I was never able to have breakfast because it always closed early and the staff was rude. As a solo travel woman I didn’t feel safe either in the men’s room, nor in the common room where a man sleeps every night

The room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths. The only strange thing was that due to Tet Holliday they locked the front door with a bike lock from 12-6 and we wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Thankfully he did let us out and we felt really bad because he was sleeping behind the desk. I think due to the Holliday the hotel was short staffed.

Good hotel. Great stay. Good location. Very accommodating front desk. Spacious hotel room. Enjoyed our stay. Not baby stroller/ wheel chair friendly. Needs to take about 1 sets of about 15 stair steps to lobby and 2 sets of 4-5 stair steps to go to elevator. Narrow elevator and walk path.

The room and bathroom are specious. Some rooms have river view. The hotel located outside of the old town, so if you want to go there, it’s possible to walk, but to take a taxi it’s more reasonable. It’s pretty good place for a couple of nights.

A wonderful place! The room is spacious and bright, with a dining table and a separate workspace. I got a room with a beautiful view. The air conditioner is conveniently located. There is a kitchen, but I would like to see a microwave and cutlery 🙏🏻 The staff is polite and friendly, and there are washing machines on the first floor. The area is colorful, with dense buildings and narrow streets. There is a street market, coffee shops, barbershops, and chain stores nearby. I recommend visiting 👍 I couldn't extend my reservation, it's in high demand among guests.

The room was clean and organised. most importantly, the location of the hotel was very close to the airport. I paid around 50k local money which is really cheap. The owner let me check in even though I arrived to the hotel around 2 a.m. There were packages of instant noodles in the room.

The twin room is good. The furniture is newer, and it has a window facing the road. The small room, however, needs renovation. It's also difficult to get in with a suitcase.
