Not sure if it is a hotel renovated from a historical building🏨The room is relatively small and has a poor view outside the window. The shower water volume is not big enough. The location is good and the service is basically up to standard. Breakfast is not good for a five-star hotel. Facilities: General

Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏

This place was excellent! I travel a lot for work and was very impressed with this hotel and the staff. We were staying 3 nights before driving out to Doolin. We arrived 6 hours before check in and they were working to get our room ready. They provided us free drinks at the bar while we waited. When I told the front desk staff we would be parking a rental car the next day, he asked if we were picking up at the airport. I confirmed we were. He said 'I know the people at the Hertz a 5 minute walk from here, let me see if I can arrange a pick up at that location and save you time and money going out to the airport.' A few minutes later he had confirmed this, which saved us a hefty taxi fare and a lot of time. This was the theme with all of the staff - extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Continuing to surprise us throughout the visit. Additionally, the accommodations were wonderful. Great rooms, great location (two distilleries across the street and shopping close by), and a fantastic breakfast. This was a wonderful stay and a great kick off to our Irish holiday. Thank you! 设施：I did enjoy every second during my stay~ The room is spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful:) I would come back and stay again when I visit Dublin next time. The location is very convenient to access different scenery spots in Dublin.

The apartment is located right next to the River Liffey and it is convenient to go anywhere. In order to experience local life, we choose to buy and cook. The apartment’s kitchen utensils are full, cooking is convenient, and the supermarkets around the apartment can buy ingredients. Eat very well! Beef and mutton are cheap and fresh, especially milk, cheaper than water, especially good! It is a pity that I forgot to take pictures when I first entered the apartment door. After that, I didn’t take pictures any more. We are four people, two bedrooms, two living room sofa beds, one room and one room is slightly crowded, but it is okay. Very good stay experience. If you are willing to cook for yourself, you can choose an apartment.

The location is good, you can walk to important attractions in Dublin for half an hour; the hotel service is good, and guests can do their best to meet their needs; the food in the hotel restaurant is also delicious 😋

This hotel is perfect, location is amazing (hidden gem), and the staff...unbeilable fantastic! I want to start the review by thanking, Lidia, Abby, Alon, Dana and Lidia. I stayed at this hotel: 2 nights on my first trip (mid February) and then 3 nights with my family (early March). From the moment you arrive, you know this is not your typical hotel. It is more like an exclusive apartment with guest services. Do not expect the traditional hotel feel. I felt like I had my own apartment in the middle of Dublin and I had a friend at the front desk to guide me, provide me with recommendations and assist me with any question or service that I needed. Amazing! It made my stay in Dublin feel like I was at home. They knew me by name and knew what I needed. There is no elevator, which made it even better as I was able to do a bit of work-out getting to my room and along the way, I met a few of the other guests. This is not a party place, a loud and obnoxious place, you will not find rude people. Just guests who are interested in feeling like they are home. Since I stayed here in two different occasions, I was able to experience two different rooms both in the upper floor, one facing west and the other east. No street noise at night and its was quiet. The rooms have their own AC units which allows you to control the temperature in them. The housekeeping ladies (Dana and Lidia) will make sure your room is tidy every time you come back from your daily outing. Lidia will make sure that your are welcomed and Abby and Alon will make sure that you are taken care in the weekend and evenings. Can't say enough about this place! Perfect gem and a great place to be at.

The Green Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was centrally located, beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff could not be more helpful or nice. This was my first trip to Dublin and Jessica at the front desk was wonderful in providing help and assistance. The room was spacious and everything was in proper working order. The breakfast was unbelievable and so delicious. The perfect meal to start the bay exploring Dublin by foot. I highly recommend this hotel.
