The hotel itself is actually pretty good, but the front desk staff was incredibly bizarre. When I checked in, they offered me an upgrade to the 7th floor, saying it would be a 30-minute wait. However, an hour later, they told me a room was ready but then downgraded me to the 4th floor. They totally went back on their word, especially the guy with glasses – he was absolutely disgusting, acting like there was nothing I could do. I eventually demanded to speak to the manager and finally got the room I originally booked. The bathroom in the room had drainage issues; it didn't leak while showering, but afterwards, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. A room on our floor even had water leaking out into the hallway. Luckily, Trip.com's customer service was great, which helped improve my mood a bit.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's not far from the airport, and there's a street selling souvenirs across the street. As soon as we entered, a staff member spoke fluent Chinese and introduced us to the hotel. We even added each other on WeChat to stay in touch. Other staff members also greeted us in Chinese. Before leaving, I compared reviews of different hotels and found many complaints about the food, so I didn't have high expectations. But it was surprisingly delicious! 😂 We ate a ton of food as soon as we arrived, and drinks and alcohol were unlimited. The only downside is that there were very few Chinese tourists; it's almost entirely a white resort. Any problems were responded to and resolved promptly. Highly recommended!

I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very close to the port and the mosque, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Private beach access and breathtaking ocean views are unbeatable. The room was spacious and clean with a full sea-view balcony. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but there was enough to eat. The pool was massive. It's about 5km from the fish market. Although the facilities show their age a bit, they are well-maintained. Excellent value for money, making it the perfect choice if you don't want an all-inclusive resort. The pizza at the Italian restaurant was really good!

The all-inclusive package truly meant we didn't have to leave the hotel at all. Our stay was incredibly comfortable; snacks and drinks were replenished daily, and there were evening performances with unlimited beverages. The beach was right downstairs, and the hotel offered a wide range of entertainment options. It's definitely a place worth staying for several days, especially if you're traveling with kids – it's exactly where you should be for a vacation! We checked in on Valentine's Day, and the romantic atmosphere was absolutely perfect!

The overall environment is beautiful, with lush greenery, numerous pools, and relaxing areas everywhere, creating a wonderful vacation vibe. The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The bedding was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Housekeeping was prompt every day, and the attention to detail was excellent. The dining experience was also a big plus. The hotel's water park is definitely a highlight, with plenty of facilities perfect for families with kids or friends looking to have fun. Long beach resort was an average experience. Food was okay and not amazing. Very family oriented and very german/eastern european vibe. The biggest complaint was regarding the room. We booked a standard room and were given a family kids room. We had to complain twice to get a new room, and even then it wasn’t the standard room we ordered. Staff wasn’t exceptional overall.

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. If you are the kind of person who likes to play in the hotel, it is still very comfortable to live in this kind of all-inclusive resort. We didn’t play the other rides much, because our friends thought it was too far away from their dive shop, so we moved to the old hotel on the street after staying for two nights🙄

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

Booked a king-sized bed, but got a twin room instead. The outdoor scenery is amazing, and there's a private beach. Breakfast was just okay, not much meat. The hygiene was decent, but there were no toothbrushes or combs, so you probably have to ask for them. The tour booking desk closes at 6 PM, so you have to go in person after that.
