Although it is countryside, it is very close to the train station. About 2 minutes of walking. Front desk staff members were helpful to accommodate the room request. The bathroom in the room was quite clean. However, the shampoo and body soap in the room was low quality. But luckily you can go to the entrance area to pick up another variety of soap and shampoo. I appreciated that they had DHC skin care set in case you didn't bring it with you.
There is a convenience store across from the hotel. So I was thankful for that. Otherwise, there is a bakery and an izakaya and that is it. 🙂

フロントは優しい外人です、非常に上位な接待であり、いろんな迷惑かけて、すみませんでした。施設はいい、湯は綺麗に透き通る水に楽しみ、外出にも自転車あると非常に助かる、部屋のカーペットに髪毛が残りにちょっと掃除に気を用心地して欲しい。ベッドは幅広いし、ランプはリモート制で心入りな入居でした。

Completely overrun, standing for hours at the reception, rooms are only available in the evening, no parking in the parking house is available for guests ( is used as a public parking house).
So who wants to stay here at Christmas time should look for a quieter hotel. €30 more is worth it in any case. Unfortunately mass dealing . The rooms are clean and ordened and the staff will try their best.
Ps. Who books Trip.com should be careful that the booking settings do not change during the booking process. The price changes and you are there without breakfast. After two attempts, we had decided to book breakfast on site, price was still acceptable.From£69

That day started at 3 pm. I confessed this before I made an appointment, and a gentleman suggested that he could check in early on the phone.
Subject to room availability.
Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand
It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish!
The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed

Great location across the street from the main train station. Two blocks from the 106 airport bus stop. I booked a smaller room, twin beds, which I found comfortable. The breakfast was average. By that, I mean there was no method to warm the food they offered, like the crepes or pancakes. They did have a warmer for the scrambled eggs, at least. There was no toaster. Worse, the cleaning lady opened the door at 9am even though room was locked and check out was ar 12pm. She saw me just awake on the bed and quickly closed the door. Was super appalled by this.From£32

The hotel is well located, less than 5 minutes from the bus station and one block from the train station. The room was very warm in the middle of winter, the bed was comfortable, the towels were clean every day, and there was a large desk with a lamp. I missed a plug on one side of the bed, but the other side did have a plug. A very positive point was that there was free mineral water, tea bags and instant coffee, and there were also cups and a kettle.From£42

The price is cheap, but the Wrocław hotel is not expensive either. I just wanted to save money, but actually there is no need. Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!From£45
