Taj Tirupati – A Memorable Stay, As Always
We stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night this time, but it's one of our favorite places—we visit two to three times every quarter. Every stay feels special, and this one was no exception.
The hotel graciously helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their hospitality always makes us feel at home.
The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
This visit was even more special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Bhavani D, the Reservation Team Leader, who went out of her way to arrange a complimentary cake for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day extra memorable.
Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Generally, the hotel mobile phone signal is very poor, the wireless network room can not be used, breakfast is also very simple, but there is no good hotel here...

Food was awesome, rooms were quite spacious and view was great. Staff was courteous. Since I was travelling by bus so it took me just few mins to reach the property as it’s close to RTC bus stand.

1.cleannes not up to the mark.
2. Hot water is not coming for 2 days.
3. TV Remote is not available for all 4 days.
4. Fan making noise.

Service was average, food was average, and rooms are below average as all rooms were without windows. If guest prefer rooms with windows, avoid this hotel. If guests do not need windows, consider this hotel and overall hotel is average for Tirupati. Service is low due to the negligent attitude of pilgrimage location. TV was not working and it took a longtime to even turn on and show channels.SOLD OUT

The rooms, ac and breakfast was good however hygiene wise the rooms are old and smelly, the washroom door was peeling. The most weird part was when i asked for hand wash soap on basin the housekeeping showed me a soap dispenser saying same soap used for bath, shampoo and handwashing. Weird and unhygienicSOLD OUT

Same old place nothing changed, since alone and I have patronised this place for 25+ years during my sales career, I booked here. Food in Maya is still good quality. Staff speaks Hindi , disappointed that old Telugu staff were removed. Nature of business I guess. This hotel has a unique heritage and can raise their quality and amenities even better.From€26

Hotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. hello, I visit tirupati every year since last 4yrs. and everytime I always make it a point to stay in best western hotel. the staff, people at reception are wonderful. the room is just right. small renovation required here and there in the room but still the price and comfort the hotel provides is just fabulous.
I highly recommend people who are visiting tirupati for a day or 2 for darshan best western is the right place for you to stay.From€29
