As this is my first trip to Ireland ergo Dublin, I had enjoyed the convenience of having able to walk almost everywhere I wished for shopping, sightseeing and most importantly dining. Location and rooms were their winning points and my stay was indeed almost perfect.

Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful named Iza. My room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and restaurants.

No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

The hotel breakfast is very rich and the coffee tastes good. The gym is well-equipped and the swimming pool is clean. The room is clean and tidy, with bottled water. The front desk service attitude is good, and the restaurant service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. I will definitely stay here next time.

The location is good, just in the central area, but the room facilities are simple. Because it is on Bar Street, it will be very noisy at night, and the room is not well soundproofed. As a tourist, the most important thing is a good location. There is a large parking lot nearby, parking is convenient, and the hotel entrance is very It's small, with only 3 parking spaces, which are shared. There are large shopping malls and small supermarkets nearby, and there is also an Internet celebrity pizza shop that is always full of people.

Service: The front desk people are super good! Very friendly and welcoming. I basically met us for a week and offered to offer breakfast discounts. It was really great! Facilities: Although the hotel is not very new, the overall facilities are quite complete ～
