This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip. The advantages are as follows:
1 The kitchen has complete cooking utensils and tableware
2 The bathroom has a washing machine for washing clothes
3 There are two bedrooms. If you want your children to sleep in one room and you and your lover to sleep in another room, this hotel can satisfy you
4 The balcony is nice and feels good
5 Good value for money

The disadvantage is that it is still a bit far from the station. If you don't take the bus (I remember that the bus in Switzerland is quite expensive), it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from Zurich Train Station

Good location although walking up the slope could be a little tiring with luggage. There is a bus that could shuttle to the nearest bus stop which is just 2 minutes away from ema resident.
Apartment is spacious with all the necessary setup. Amenities well appointed with washing machine, dryer, over and everything you need.
8 min walk to Zurich Central station and make it convenient to go anywhere.

Very spacious and clean apartment.
Its around 15mins walk to the main station.
TV remote spoiled, the batteries inside leaking, kettle spoiled, the drawers near the TV also spoiled, the drawers kept falling out.. room: 02
they only changed the kettle but tv remote still leaking and spoiled.
In the middle of the night, people playing fireworks on the streets for hours, very noisy.
Overall still a comfortable stay.

I was surprised by the low rating this accommodation has; it doesn't deserve such a low score. The cleanliness was excellent, as was the self-check-in with a code. The location was quiet, and the amenities were good, including a hairdryer, two TVs, heating, a microwave, and plenty of hot water. However, there are several things that could be improved, especially regarding sleep. First, the windows don't block out noise. Second, they should consider soundproofing the ceilings (this was my least favorite issue since I was on the ground floor). Finally, the pillows need replacing and should be of better quality. Lastly, the floor is made of some material that swelled when it came into contact with the shower water, and the bathroom door doesn't close completely. Overall, I think it's quite good value for money.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had, especially because of how beautifully the room was decorated and how clean everything was. From the very first day, it looked very pretty and well maintained. The location is also very convenient since it is close to the metro station.
One more thing that I really liked is their luggage service. If you arrive early, they will keep your luggage for you. Even after checkout, if your flight is in the evening, they will still hold your luggage without any extra fee, which is honestly great.
I would definitely recommend this place. 10 out of 10.

The room was very clean, but noticeably smaller than depicted in the photos—a feeling worsened by the slanted ceilings on the 5th floor. Also, if you book a room with a kitchenette, be aware that basic cooking staples like salt and pepper are not provided.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center. It's about a 10-minute walk to Zurich HB (main train station), and there's a supermarket and the Limmat River nearby. It's also very close to the Swiss National Museum, Bahnhofstrasse, and the Old Town, making getting around incredibly easy.

The room is clean but it’s cramped, hard to move fast. The front desk staff in the morning particularly the guy is rude. We were a bit early for breakfast because they changed their time from 6:30 to 7am which we aligned for our day activity. When i asked if we can just sit inside while waiting for a few minutes before 7am, he answered me rudely saying “as i said..”, but when we came inside at 7:01am, there were already people eating there, 2 pairs i saw. This is rude because we were pressed for time as we have to catch up the tour bus and we paid for the breakfast knowing the time is 6:30am but they changed it the night before and they let other people in while we just requested to be seated inside while waiting for 7am. Hotel is situated right in the heart of Zurich next to the Central Tram/ Bus stop and five minutes walk from the Zurich HB main station.
Our room was small but clean and very comfortable with a view over looking the water and the Central stop. Although the hotel is situated next to the funicular railway we never heard it from our room. We were on the 4th floor and with the window open, you can hear quite a bit of street noise. However with the window closed, it is minimal and we always got a good night's sleep. The room didn't get too hot despite it being very warm while were in Zurich. There was a standalone fan in the room which we used once.
Hotel Wi-Fi was free and worked well while we there.
The staff were very friendly and spoke English.
The Hotel has a restaurant which also does breakfast, however cannot comment on this as we chose to eat out. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Also handy is a coop supermarket a few minutes away which does a good range of snacks, sandwiches and salads.FromKRW 158,576

The room is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. BUT: upon check-in, I was asked to leave MY CREDIT CARD on file for the duration of my stay! This was despite the room already being paid for and charged to my credit card. Of course, I indignantly refused. Then I was asked to put down a 100€ deposit, which I equally firmly rejected (I didn't even have any Euros on me anyway... it was a spur-of-the-moment idea to be in Zurich!). We arrived in Zurich from Interlaken earlier than scheduled, and the front desk kindly arranged a room for us before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The bar on the ground floor is very popular, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dried fruits. There was a bottle of drinking water in the room, but we had to contact customer service to get slippers. It is located right in the Old Town and very near the river, the main train station as well as main tourist attractions. There are also eateries nearby to suit every kind of preference and budget. The Adler is an excellent choice hotel in the heart of Old Zürich. As a global business traveller, I have stayed in over 100 hotels. This hotel offers the perfect location to see Zürich with a short 10 min walk from Zürich HB🚄 Train Station. The single room is sufficient, clean and well stocked with a kettle, coffee, tea, slippers and a gift cloth shopping bag. If you need extra complimentary beverages they are stocked in the fridge on the 1st floor stairwell. Checkin was fast, and you can pre-checkin on your email link. At the time of writing this, there was some city construction of the surrounding streets due to underground work. Hopefully this will be completed by early spring. Should your shoes get a little dirty, there is a shoe shine machine on the 2nd stairwell. The breakfast is a healthy Swiss style breakfast of fresh bread, croissants🥐, yogurts, fresh warm boiled eggs, cold cuts, smoked salmon❤️ , cheese, cereals, lots of fruits, milk, juice and an excellent coffee machine for the perfect creama coffee☕.

A fast and frequent 10-minute tram from the main station to hotel. Very friendly and diligent staff. Clean room and toilet with convertible sofa/bed. Breakfast was very delicious and comfortable, and there are a lot of choices. Restaurant obviously understaff at breakfast time but staff are very diligent and helpful - fast servicing to clean tables, refill food, and even teach customers how to use coffee machines. Hotel is a 10 min walk from the bus station which connects to the train from the airport. The same bus station that takes to the central train station. It costs about 12CHF to 18CHF to or from train station. Hotel provides free rental bicycles which is very convenient. Facilities are OK. Room size is reasonable.
Be aware that the uncovered glass of the shower may not suitable for all if privacy is important. The room we stayed were extremely hot. While it is only 14°-18° outside, the room temperature is definitely 30°+. It made hard to wear the proper clothing to fit the temperature for the day. No aircon, the only way to cool the room down is to open the side window which leaves no wall from the room to outside of the building. Yes, the only barrier are a couple of metal bars between the desk against the window to outside the building from our ninth floor room. Plus the window can closed by itself, you need to reopen it multiple times if you want the cooler air for a little longer. It’s hard for a hot night sleep.
Breakfast is good and has good variety of the food and drinks. It costs 24CHF p.p. if it is pre-ordered.
If stays in the same room, no, it is not recommended to stay here. It may have other rooms that are not as hot as the one we stayed.FromKRW 188,565
