The hostel has a pretty good location, with a large shopping mall nearby and easy access to amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The room was clean, and the people I shared it with were super friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One small downside was the lack of a large locker in the room for luggage – only small lockers were available for personal items. The room also felt a bit cramped. There are free lockers available in the lobby, but you need to bring your own lock. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would consider coming back.

In the hotel near the main square, the waiter was fluent in English.

This hotel facilities are too poor. There is a staircase for one person to walk on the three floors. It is very awkward. People who go abroad basically have a trolley box, so they can’t go up and down. I’m even dragging and pulling one step. The next time the building people have to be vain. Advise everyone not to go. It's ＇ tossing passengers.

The breakfast is very rich and the service is very good. The hotel does not have a kettle, but the restaurant can provide hot water for free. The location of the hotel is very good and it is only a 15-minute walk from the attractions. The entrance is a subway station, which is very convenient. The room is not big and the heating is very hot. It would be perfect if the hotel could provide a kettle. The hotel elevator is very small and can only serve one person at a time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the fitness center and relaxing spa. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I can't wait to return to this hotel on my next visit – it exceeded all my expectations!

A wonderful stylish hotel, I recommend it! The hotel is clean and smells nice, the rooms are cleaned every day. Nice bed linen, comfortable mattress. There is a safe and an ironing board with an iron. Spacious rooms! Good value for money. The hotel is located in a nice area, but you will need to walk 10-12 minutes to the metro. Quite far from the sights. The view from the windows (we had a courtyard) is not very beautiful.

Pretty good. It's located in a quiet alley, with several subway stations nearby that aren't too far. Dining options are also convenient, with a Domino's right across the street. The laundry room only has two washing machines, which isn't very convenient.

The hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the central station and 5 minutes from the city center. There's a metro stop just 5 minutes away. The bed was comfortable and clean. In the bathroom, there weren't the usual complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, a comb, or a cup. If you want to check in early, you have to pay 20 euros. There are lockers available for 5 euros to store your backpacks. There's also a free cold water fountain.

Good accessible location (close to Metro, many modern cafes, restaurants, small convenience stores and walkable to parks and Central Train Station). True to the Marriott standards, lobby was very modern and comfortable. Rooms were North American standard (very large/roomy for european hotel layouts) as were the bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and room was quiet (surprising as it was across from active construction). Enjoyed my stay and 1st visit to Brussels.

This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.
