Overall, my experience with the hot springs was pretty good, but there's a rather serious safety issue I need to highlight.
First, the positives: The environment and cleanliness were above standard. The room was tidy and odorless, making for a comfortable stay. There are also some attractions and places to explore nearby, so the location is generally convenient, perfect for a relaxing getaway and a short trip.
However, the room's design presents a clear hazard: there's an uneven floor with a noticeable drop that's hard to spot at night when not all the lights are on. I nearly tripped and lurched forward, hitting the TV directly. If I had actually fallen or hit something harder, it could have caused a rather serious injury. I strongly recommend the hotel takes this seriously, at the very least by providing clear warnings or improving the lighting and flow of the room's design.
To sum up, the basic accommodation experience was okay, but this safety concern cannot be ignored. If this could be improved, the overall rating would go up significantly.

The location is a little walk from the MRT station, a few hundred meters or so, but if you have a private car, this isn't an issue at all. The room is very clean, situated halfway up a small hill, making it wonderfully quiet at night. The lighting is dimly toned, perfect for a romantic getaway. The front desk staff are incredibly polite, always standing to greet you when you come and go. Waking up in the morning, you can open the window to hear the clear sound of the river and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hot spring tub is absolutely fantastic.
