Stayed for 9 nights. Location is close to Parramatta station. Room is generally clean. However, seems minor dirts found on bedsheets after housekeeping (note: Daily housekeeping was available as I stayed for 9 nights). However, there was a fire alarm suddenly on Valentine's day and every guest was informed to evacuate immediately from the room. It also happened last time when I stayed at Skye Green Square in Christmas last year.

The overall experience is very satisfactory. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff is warm and considerate.

This premium 2 bedder was the perfect stay for our visit. The king bed in main was excellent and having the unsuited great. The main bathroom had a nice big bath, great heat/cooling. Lots of natural light. The balcony was a bonus i didn't know i wanted!! It is part of a complex of apartments, not very noisy. The hot water doesn't really get to hot which is disappointing because the pressure is great!! The parking is basement parking with a decline in the the driveway, so be careful with your lower cars, I was concerned with mine, but we got in there. Would definitely stay here again. The profiteroles patisserie is around the corner as well as BP service station and uncle johns pizza which is delicious by the way!!! Kula apartments- your home away from home!!

Good stayed, clean hotel and great facilities, comfortable bed, always had a good sleep and clean room , all the staff are great always smile and helpful, great location , walking distance to train stations, shopping mall and restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay at Novotel Hotel again in future.

As one would expect, great staff and service, easy access - and laid back and an inviting/friendly atmosphere compared to a few others I have visited. Been twice now after getting a great room rate and well worth the stay with some great views (room location dependant). Great choice of both casual inexpensive meals at the Boardwalk Bistro and the more upper class eateries. Great amenities in one location.

The place is comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the space is very large, there is also a parking lot available, the gym room facilities are first-class. I will definitely come again next time I have the chance. It is a good place for vacation

Quite disappointed that it wasnt indicated that there were some works inside the building. The noise was horrible at some stage during breakfast. Basic breakfast although i liked that they had a good selection of fruits. They had filtered water tap in the room, just feels odd that its located in the bathroom.Service was hit and miss. No explanation upon check in about breakfast info. Had to confirm and ask. Multiple bar and restaurants around the area, close 10ms walk to Parramatta station.

We had an absolute blast at the Novotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I loved that they cleaned the rooms every day. It was a fantastic hotel for families with kids, and I’ll definitely be back again!

The mattress protector had a massive urine stain - could see it through the sheet. Noticed at 10pm, layered a blanket over it to not be a hassle for the first night. Informed reception at 9am and mentioned we would be out until 2pm, requested to have it changed. Came back at almost 3pm and had to wait another half hour for house keeping because they apparently weren't made aware.. with a 1 year old that was already overdue for a nap this was extremely frustrating. The mini fridge barely stayed cool, our yoghurt pouches ended up curdled.. noticed signs saying it isn't for food.. wish we were made aware prior to booking as obviously with a baby we needed to keep milk and snacks cold, had to remove a lot of drinks to even be able to use it, same with counter - would have rathered no overpriced drinks/ snacks in rooms, not very family friendly especially if kids managed to open something. The kitchen sink was covered in mould and grime.. no tea towel, cloth or dish liquid, had to go purchase these then wash bottles in the bathroom sink, next kicker the bench in the bathroom was covered in dust and hair from previus guests, shower also had hair everywhere. No kettle just a Toaster and microwave, the conditioner was empty (also made aware at 9am) and after check out we were charged for an item in the mini bar - we didn't consume anything so working to get this removed. Overall very disappointing for the cost, we won't be staying here again which is disappointing because we are in Sydney frequently and the location is perfect for our activities.

It took us a little walk from the Parramatta train station, dragging two kids and two large suitcase, to the hotel. Roughly 20 min. But once we had familiarised ourselves about the surrounding area, it takes only 10-15min to travel between the hotel and train station. So 4/5 for its location! Besides, it is very close to the Westfield shopping center. It makes an almost seamless transition for us. The best part of Holiday Inn Parramatta to us was its cleaness and friend service. We loved how clean our room was on the first day, and how clean it was every time we came back after the room service. We were convinced by the hotel team on their committment over cleaness of the room. The room amenity may need an upgrade (not to mention the super sensitive fire alarm). The AC seems to be set at a super low temperature, but if setting higher there was a foreign smell. No enough power point so not easy to recharge phones and other electronics. Plus, there were not enough cutleries at the room (so I had to eat a slice water melon with a tea spoon.) But all by all, I still think this hotel is a great place to stay for a short term holiday. Their outdoor swimming pool is easy to use.
