The room was very bright and clean, with a predominantly off-white color scheme, creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. The tall, handsome concierge was very considerate. I especially thank the beautiful front desk manager in a black suit who took care of the elderly during check-out. I am deeply grateful and grateful. This trip to Denmark, and even Denmark, left a wonderful impression of the warmth and hospitality of the people. 酒店房間很大，廚房各種設施齊全，冰箱 洗碗機 烤箱 微波爐，各種餐具 油 鹽 胡椒都有。床很舒服，衞生間較小。
就是酒店沒有電梯，房間在三層，把行李搬到樓上費了九牛二虎之力，退房存行李還要往地下走半層。
其中一個房間的窗户外就是旁邊教堂的鐘樓，每天早上大約八點開始敲鐘，十分鐘左右敲一次一次五分鐘，早上還有垃圾車聲音。

It is a top designer hotel. The location has nothing to say. Super convenient.
Snacks and drinks in the minibar are complimentary, breakfast can be paid for on the 5th floor terrace, the service is great! Enjoyed the last night in Copenhagen!

It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

Excellent stay overall with one initial hiccup. The location was perfect, and our room was clean and spacious with a stunning view. Staff were friendly throughout.
There was confusion during the check-in process that resulted in being given the wrong room initially, but this was resolved.
Apart from the check-in mix-up, everything was perfect. Would recommend and stay again.

The service was on par and as expected, some things (like room service) took a little longer than I would have preferred. Definitely a 5 star hotel, but on the low end for quality and service when it comes to the price to value ratio.

The hotel is only 200m away from the train station, which is very convenient. There is an amusement park next door. The breakfast is also good, but I didn't understand at first that slippers and toiletries were not provided (most of Europe does not provide them). Fortunately, I asked the hotel and bought a pair of slippers to solve the problem.

Great location, very modern room and hotel. My only problem with the hotel, which is more specific to the Scandinavia, is the single duvets. I’m quite tall, so I lose the duvet in the night. But appreciate this is specific and not really changeable.
Would also have been nice to be able to alter room temp myself, but I couldn’t locate the temp control.

The hotel is in easy walking distance from the Grand Central Station and the Tivoli Gardens, 10-15 mins. The room was super clean, small but with own shower and toilet and quiet. You can also open the window for clean fresh air. On the other side of the hotel you can walk along the river all the way to the Little Mermaid and there are restaurants and bars alongside the river. They have secure locked storage if you want to leave your luggage for a small fee. There’s a communal lounge area in the lobby you can have a drink and or work a little. Not a lot of amenities but it works very well and efficient for an easy stay if you are out all day. I found some nice coffee shops in walking distance close by too. And you can swim in the area close by on the river too. The young man at the reception very friendly and helpful.From€55

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the central bus station. The hotel breakfast is really good. The food is very tasty and there are a lot of food choices. The front counter staff are all very helpful and offer us advices to travel in the city. The hotel provides different amenities, we can get whatever we need at the reception. We can also buy travel tickets from them. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The rooms are clean. We need to walk a short stairs before we reached our room which is a slight inconvenience.From€99
