Location excellent Rooms big & perfect Big windows with excellent view The rooms are covered with carpet Bedsheets clean Towels I didn’t use none so can’t say anything Daily clean is done Everything is around you The best part is you have a big mall next to you & also a tram that takes you direct to the old town. Swimming pool & spa amazing My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

A big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.

Great hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line. Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there.

Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

This hotel is near by old town and walkable to access some interesting scenic sites. The hotel parking sign is not very clear and the access road is very narrow to drive. The lobby seems too messy which is not match the 5-star rate.

Absolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended.

The location is very good. It is very close to the main attractions within walking distance. The service is also good. The breakfast is acceptable. There are not many varieties to fill you up, but the room is a bit small!

The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is rich. However, although we arrived early, we could only be arranged to stay in a room on the lower floor. There is an underground parking lot. It may be charged. But we waived it on the second day. There are many Chinese people staying here, and we also saw crew members staying here.

This is the hotel with the best experience in the whole stay. There are more western food options for breakfast, which matches its star rating. You can eat stir-fried vegetables in the hotel in the morning. It seems that this is the only one in this trip. For this reason, I still give it a full score.

Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

The location is very convenient. There are many delicious small shops near the hotel. The hotel breakfast is really good. The local food is generally salty. It is comfortable and delicious to eat breakfast. The white rice is very good.

The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

This hotel is situated 30-40 minutes walking distance from the city centre. It definitely shows its age: things start to fall apart here and there. The biggest problem was that air conditioning was not working in my room. Just couldn't turn it on at all since the on/off button was broken. The bed was comfy, water pressure was great, wifi speed good enough. Breakfast was okay. Staff is very friendly and pretty effecient.

This is a fantastic hotel, within walking distance of the Latin Bridge, City Hall, the Eternal Flame, and the square. Free tea and coffee are available 24/7 on the first floor. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchen with a coffee machine. The staff was efficient and responsive. The breakfast was plentiful, including gnocchi.

The hotel suite is very big! I didn't look carefully when I booked it, but when I checked in, I found that it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It is fully equipped with tableware and cooking utensils. The No. 103 bus stop is right at the door. Although it is not close to the old city, the stay experience is very good and it is very suitable for family travel!

The receptionist was very welcoming, the room was large, the air conditioning was sufficient, the breakfast was rich, and the receptionist also helped to call a taxi to the airport. I went to other cities to leave my suitcase for a few days. In short, it was a good experience.
