Located on the ground floor of the building, it includes a garden with trees and outdoor furniture, two bedrooms with two single beds each, living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen open to the dining room and a bathroom with shower. This residential complex is the result of a rehabilitation project started in 2012 and completed in 2016, which recovered the building's exterior façades and interior spaces, converting them into functional and cozy holiday apartments.
