This residential complex is the result of a rehabilitation project started in 2012 and completed in 2016, which recovered the building's exterior façades and interior spaces, converting them into functional and cozy holiday apartments.

The apartment is bright, comfortable and very quiet. It is fully equipped for four people and decorated in a functional way. All compartments are separated with total privacy of the bedroom with double bed. The bathroom with tub / shower has a towel dryer, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The room is equipped with dining table, TV / DVD and sofa bed. The room space allows good conditions for work with internet connection and possibility of HP inkjet printer. The bedroom with large double bed has fitted wardrobes with hangers and drawers with plenty of storage. The kitchen has induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer and grill plate. The laundry has washing machine, drying, iron and ironing board.
