From the moment we entered to property we knew this was a special place. The staff was warm and welcoming. Angela was amazing!! The grounds were so peaceful and beautiful and our room was charming and extremely comfortable. The outdoor space was wonderful and the breakfast was incredible. I wish this was closer to home…I would be visit all the time!!

O hotel foi renovado recentemente, os quartos são muito confortáveis, nomeadamente as camas e o duche. Estacionamento gratuito e em abundância, contudo não é coberto. As salas de formação são muito boas, confortáveis e climatizadas. Tem uma capela lindíssima. O pequeno almoço tem boa variedade e qualidade. Staff muito educado e prestável. Certamente recomendarei a amigos e família!

Bon hôtel spacieux et propre dans son ensemble. La localisation permet de tout faire à pied (sanctuaire, restaurants, boutiques de souvenirs). Pour les familles, un parc de jeux pour enfant est disponible face à l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour un moment de détente des enfants après la visite du sanctuaire. Dans les points à améliorer, la piscine très petite pour la taille du complexe hôtelier (Lux Fatima et Lux Fatima park), et le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être complété.

I stayed one night at the Mercure hotel in Fátima. I was greatly impressed with hotel's excellent location, high quality services, and excellent cuisine. The staff is very friendly, efficient and professional, always eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Very nice décor overall and very comfortable rooms. An excellent experience. From now on this will be my hotel in Fátima. I strongly recommend it.

It is a very friendly, familiar and well located hotel, even next to the sanctuary. I think that it is a good option for anyone who wants to spend a few days in a family with quietness, has a parking park, but it is not very confident because it is small. If the hotel is full, it is likely that it will not be possible at certain hours, and it has a restaurant that is not a speciality, and it is finally reasonable in quality. However, whose gastronomic experience is richer, will find better options for restaurants.
